New York Governor Andrew Cuomo, currently embroiled in multiple scandals, issued a statement apologizing for making two women who have accused him of sexual harassment “uncomfortable.”
Cuomo apologized for his actions and said he simply felt he was “being playful” and that he was “joking.”
...
“I acknowledge some of the things I have said have been misinterpreted as an unwanted flirtation,” he added. “To the extent anyone felt that way, I am truly sorry about that.”
Still, Cuomo insisted he never engaged in any inappropriate touching or inappropriate requests.

“Since he is not the “chosen one” of the dem-o-rats, anymore, I wonder who is?”

They were probably afraid to come forward as many whistleblowers are. Part of the harassment is the "oh, yeah, well you'll never work in this town again, toots!" threats from bullies like Cuomo. Now they see blood in the water and feel safe attacking him. Good for them.
And back when Cuomo was the media darling they promoted to attack Trump, there was no way anyone in the media would have paid attention to them.
The challenge is if you wait until it is politically expedient is it real or is it opportunism? We have certainly seen a lot of opportunism by Democrat women. Think Kavanaugh.
I wanna see him hung out to dry for that.
Other Democrat governors have similar body counts. Once the Dem establishment decided Cuomo was a liability the sexual harassment claims came out to give a reason for his temoval other than mass COVIDicide.
The reason the dems are jacking up the sexual harassment heat on Cuomo is to take the focus off of the nursing home scandal.
Why?
Because FOUR other dem governors did exactly the same thing.
If Cuomo goes down for the nursing homes, it’ll be a democrat bloodbath.
Let's write laws around this stuff...
How about a sly wink? Is that enough? What's the statute of limitation? Can a 30 year old woman 'remember' being 'uncomfortable' 20 years later?
If woman can't speak up with all the legal protection around them in today's world then they're too fragile to be working in the adult world. Yes, that's harsh but these women a not 13 year old girls.
If children or people under the age of consent - 18 to 21 are sexually abused, made uncomfortable ect - they should have a lifetime to come forward. That type of trauma for a young person can be debilitating.
But a grown women - college graduate - schooled in feminist thought since grade school?
Nope - three years max. If the interaction was that damaging go to the police and hire a lawyer. I'm NOT crying for grown up women waiting 5 years to say they were 'uncomfortable'...
Dunno ‘bout that.
My understanding is that the requirement for sexual harassment is a ‘reasonable woman’s’ determination that a co-worker created a ‘hostile work environment.’
I do know that there were no witnesses, no corroborating evidence, and no police reports regarding Kavanaugh. I would extend the same requirements to any man, even someone I despised like Cuomo. The woman’s say-so is not sufficient.
If Cuomo or Clinton or Epstein or Charlie Rose or any number of those jackasses want to make employees, interns, pilots, TV guests etc 'uncomfortable' then it should be brought up AT THE TIME SO IT ALSO PROTECTS OTHER WOMEN, MEN AND CHILDREN.
This thing where victims wait until they can 'pile on' is sick.
If Paula Jones, Juanita Broaddrick, or any number of children abused by Epstein had known their complains would carry the full force of the law - then much of the evil democrats do against the powerless would have NOT happened.
Bill Clinton made a decades long career out of abusing women. How many women will come forward about Cuomo? Charlie Rose?
We need to change the assumptions and incentives. One way to do that is to create a statute of limitations for adult victims. Three years max if you're a grown up. Almost forever if you're a child...
I see she is in charge of cuomo’s harassment investigation.
I figured it out... They want Hillary to run for governor that’s why they are all piling up on cuomo.
