On January 6th, 2021, Ashli Elizabeth Babbitt was executed by a Capitol Police Officer who seemed to hold no restraint. 50 days later, the Capitol Police Officer responsible has been identified in photos before and during the shooting. The Police Lieutenant’s name is being withheld from Ashli Babbit’s attorneys.
This is the Officer responsible for using excessive force and executing Ashli Babbitt. Before killing Ashli, the Officer is seen aiming his firearm at fellow colleagues. You can see the Officer disregards nearly every basic firearm safety rule in the book. His finger is wrapped around the trigger, while his firearm is aimed in the direction of his colleagues.

Seems at this point, any good sleuth could determine his identity. Wonder if the capital police roster is part of the public record?

The photo is likely not at the exact split second when the bullet left the muzzle (no flash). He was moving.

This is not possible. Ok, maybe it’s possible and Paul Sperry has a lot of details in the violent untimely murder of Ashli Babbitt.
In his story, he obtains the legal position from the Capitol Police Lt. who is believed to be the shooter. The attorney makes a case that is it a justifiable homicide claiming immune fear.
There’s the non-reality version where Ashli Babbitt’s murder and the memorial service by her husband, friends and family doesn’t exist.
But that Q-Tard conspiracy has perished with the QAnon grift.
This guy should have never been allowed to own a firearm. He’s literately pointing it right at innocent people with his finger in the trigger housing.
Your photo is hardly the moment of fire. It’s just a photo of the weapon somewhere near the actual time the gun was fired.
