On January 6th, 2021, Ashli Elizabeth Babbitt was executed by a Capitol Police Officer who seemed to hold no restraint. 50 days later, the Capitol Police Officer responsible has been identified in photos before and during the shooting. The Police Lieutenant’s name is being withheld from Ashli Babbit’s attorneys.
This is the Officer responsible for using excessive force and executing Ashli Babbitt. Before killing Ashli, the Officer is seen aiming his firearm at fellow colleagues. You can see the Officer disregards nearly every basic firearm safety rule in the book. His finger is wrapped around the trigger, while his firearm is aimed in the direction of his colleagues.

His finger tip is NOT outside the trigger guard position on the weapon. If it was it would be parallel (the finger tip) to the end of the ejection chamber aperture (closed until firing and ejecting spent cartridge). His finger is inside, and depending on body English/movements sudden or otherwise- he very well could have shot the officer in the bottom middle. Further camera angle digital analysis may show this.
Either way it ID’s who the person is. It will come out very shortly. More hype from the dems— it’s OK if “we say it is”. It is NOT!
Is there any other kind to peddle? I mean honestly, do you think YOU have a handle on what really happened?

Also, that he was working "security" when Steve Scalise was shot up on that ball field.

I watched a NBC Nightly News report video that showed her killing.
It seemed to me that if any businessman in like circumstances did what the shooter did, the businessman would be charged with murder.

The article says David Bailey has been cleared. I guess because they are saying that the shooter was a police lieutenant.
But doesn't it make more sense for a Special Agent to be wearing a suit than a police lieutenant?
Anyway, this definitely needs to be investigated. You would think there would be video at this entry to the Capitol. I want to see who piled up the stuff in front of the door. Did the shooter know John Sullivan, the ANTIFA guy in the video? Why didn't he know there were Capitol police on the other side of the door? Lots of questions here.
Agree. I enlarged the pic and it appears his huge mitt just looks awkward but is not wrapped around the trigger. Hard to tell for sure though.
