What law is being violated? Here in Crooked County where I live as far as I know all we have are orders from the governor and then the various health departments by county issues their guidelines. And then schools, stores, churches and so on are supposed to obey.

But to be prosecuted, don’t you have break a law? Not some edict by some executive person like governor or mayor?
