Donald Trump made history in the days before his White House departure by becoming the only president to ever be impeached twice. Now, his upcoming trial in the Senate will be just as unprecedented.
While some of the constitutional practices about the trial—which will kick off the week of February 8—will remain the same, many aspects of the process will look different from his first impeachment.

I was thinking about when they impeach him again after we reelect him in 2024.

If Roberts won’t fulfill his constitutional requirement due to Trump not being a sitting President, why is Trump going to show up? Equal rights.

Yes.
It is totalitarian dissociation. Nothing is real in a totalitarian state except state power. Anything can be anything and any structure forced on any event or set of facts.
There is not and CANNOT Constitutionally BE an impeachment trial of a private citizen. It cannot happen, nor should the country be dragged through yet another demonrat WASTE of American’s money presenting their specious false crap as their “agenda” as they screw the public out of even more money to line their empty coffers of party kickback money.
If they pursue it— here’s hoping DJT brings ALL the evidence that supported the contents of his speech (which had Nothing in it talking about rioting, or incitment, but which had line by line state by state factual shorthand of the Electoral Fraud).This will require actual evidence in support of the speech’s contents— and thus enter into the Public Record the criminal actions of the party putting our President on trial. Criminal Treason is what they have done— and they should be made to grovel in it. Inescapable.

After they vote to impeach, they will announce that fact and then say “HA HA,we got him !”

One thing did not change - this article of impeachment is as devoid of any actionable criminal conduct as all the previous ones.
Chuck Schumer even called this article of impeachment what it is - “incitement to erection”. I do not believe that was a misstatement. Chuck sure must have felt stirrings.
The United states, as it is today, is an insult to the United states.

The United States is NOT the temporal government that happens to be in power at any moment.
And revolution can take many forms. It took one in 2016, and a similar one in 2020.

Yeah, he was. "Impeached" means the House voted to Impeach. That happened twice while he was in office.
He was acquitted in the Senate the first time, and unless a lot of RINO spines turn to Jell-O, he will be acquitted a second time.
