If Roberts won’t fulfill his constitutional requirement due to Trump not being a sitting President, why is Trump going to show up? Equal rights.

This is where I think to make a stand. Roberts is not showing up. How does he even get to make that decision? He is the Chief Justice of the Highest Court! If he doesn't preside, it is an unconstitutional show trial. It doesn't mean squat. If they want to ignore law, I will ignore the outcome of their lawlessness.
