President-elect Joe Biden is reportedly concerned that implementation of his agenda will be slowed significantly by the Democrats second impeachment of President Trump.
House Democrats officially impeached Trump on Wednesday, making him the first President to ever be impeached twice.
The earliest the Senate could begin an impeachment trial would be January 20th, according to Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, the day of Biden’s inauguration.
Biden, knowing that the Senate process for potential conviction would be time-consuming, is concerned his agenda could get derailed right out of the gate.
“I had a discussion today with some of the folks in the House and Senate,” Biden told reporters.
“The question is whether or not, for example, if the House moves forward – which they obviously are – with the impeachment and sends it over to the Senate, whether or not we can bifurcate this,” he revealed.

Biden’s correct in asserting that the impeachment process could get in the way of his agenda.
Confirmation of Cabinet picks, for example, might have to take a backseat to what House Speaker Nancy Pelosi defines as an “imminent threat” to “our Democracy.”

I hope he is right, because he deserves it. Hopefully the conservatives in Congress and perhaps even the Republicans will find the backbone to oppose every piece of the Democommies’ agenda

The Republican controlled house wasted two years of Donald Trump’s presidency. I guarantee you, the Democrats will not be that stupid. Despite a close (and disputed) election, the Democrats will force feed leftism down our collective throats, starting on day one. No hesitations. No sunset provisions. No debates. Yeah, like it’s actually his own agenda. Biden’s agenda likely doesn’t extend beyond making sure his socks match when he puts them on each day.
