RAFFENSPERGER GETS CAUGHT: Georgia Ballots Were Printed DIFFERENTLY for GOP Counties vs. DEM Counties — Election Was Rigged!
Gateway Pundit ^ | 30 Dec 20 | Jim Hoft

Members of Georgia’s Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on Elections and members of the Senate Judiciary Committee held a hearing to study Georgia’s Election Laws, and the numerous voting irregularities in the 2020 presidential election.

The hearing comes after a Senate subcommittee held a hearing last week at the capitol to discuss perceived voting irregularities in November’s presidential election.

During the hearing witness Jovan Pulitzer was invited to testify on the irregularities in the November 3rd election.

On Tuesday Jovan Pulitzer revealed the differences between votes printed for Democrat counties versus Republican counties.

The Republican counties had a barcode up in the right-hand corner.

The votes from two different counties are printed differently.

This caused GOP votes to get kicked out by the Dominion machines.

Secretary of State Raffensperger allowed this to take place in a historically red state.

Raffensperger should be brought up on charges immediately.

Just checking in very quickly, I think the premise is that PRECINCTS are coded differently for Dems and Repubs, since the examples shown are both for Fulton, which includes part of Atlanta.

In my state the bar codes are tied to the person voting that ballot. Have asked why to only get no answer thus in my state the ballot voted is tied to the person voting that ballot when one votes in person

[ Ballots should have a bar-coded serial number that is recorded when they are issued..................... ]

Indeed and the serial number recorded on the way out and the way back in, if there are duplicates or un-registered ballots they get thrown out or put up for criminal investigation!

The Georgia Secretary of State doesn’t print ballots. Each individual county clerk does. The specific ballot you receive depends on who is running in your district, and what local initiatives are on the ballot. People in Macon don’t vote on a school millage proposal in Athens.

Just because the ballots vary by district doesn't mean that the state doesn't print the ballots and it doesn't mean that the bar code location variation wasn't done by the state.

So what's your source that says that the different districts in GA independently printed up the ballots?

Or was your false logic the reason why you made that claim?

Ballot codes are sometimes legitimately used to track the ballot configuration as to what races the ballot carries. That way the correct ballots are used for each voting district. Unfortunately, such codes also permit easier identification of votes to be manipulated or shredded.

You must have a way to identify each individual ballot form so that it is scored correctly, especially if the ballot is sent to a large centralized location for processing such as was done at the State Farm Arena for Fulton County.

There's no way around that. Within a single county, there could be dozens of different ballots with differences in offices and initiatives at the township level.

"each REPUBLICAN ballot which caused it to be sent for adjudication which is where Biden won. 94% needed to be adjudicated. Previous elections were 1.2-2%"

So the Republican ballots had a slight error on them , that caused the voting machines to reject them, which sent them to "adjudication" meaning it would would be "determined" what the vote was for?

And 94% of Republican ballots ended up being "adjudicated" in this election, where in previous elections the rate was 1.2-2%?

😳

Have the people of Georgia (and America) lit the torches, and gathered the pitchforks yet?

Where is the GOP in all of this? They're not speaking out. They support the fraud.

That ballot should be the voters name. When it is counted, it gets crossed off a list in a database. Once every voters name is crossed off the list, all counting stops. If the voter isn’t on the list it is pulled for review. This generates a purge list.

IIRC, Raffensperger claimed in one of earlier responses to litigation, that every county ran their own election and each county controlled their own machines.

How many vendors are involved in providing ballots? Who approves the printers?

It is so much easier to tell the truth than to get caught lying.

The error rate of 94% was reported by the actual director of elections for Fulton Co. The printing errors and other tricks were all part of the scam. By forcing all the ballots into adjudication they could be electronically modified to the desired results (as was seen in Antrim Co. MI). The adjudication was not monitored and apparently there was no log made of the changes so this is a forensically destructive process that would put a bank CEO in prison. This also explains why the ballot recount worked out so well because they counted the modified ballots and not the originals.

Any one of these facts would be grounds to decertify the vote totals.

“Serial numbers would be shuffled like a deck of cards and mailed or issued in random order.”

A few lines of code fixes all serial numbers to the voter. You want to give that to the government?

If ballots are shuffled and envelopes are as well, then they would have to manually connect one with the other.

Now, if address labels aren’t attached until the envelope is already sealed, then they won’t know which ballot went where.................

The ballots weren't printed by the state of Georgia. They were printed by Runbeck Election Services in Arizona.
