Members of Georgia’s Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on Elections and members of the Senate Judiciary Committee held a hearing to study Georgia’s Election Laws, and the numerous voting irregularities in the 2020 presidential election.
The hearing comes after a Senate subcommittee held a hearing last week at the capitol to discuss perceived voting irregularities in November’s presidential election.
During the hearing witness Jovan Pulitzer was invited to testify on the irregularities in the November 3rd election.
On Tuesday Jovan Pulitzer revealed the differences between votes printed for Democrat counties versus Republican counties.
The Republican counties had a barcode up in the right-hand corner.
The votes from two different counties are printed differently.
This caused GOP votes to get kicked out by the Dominion machines.
Secretary of State Raffensperger allowed this to take place in a historically red state.
Raffensperger should be brought up on charges immediately.

and there was a huge batch of ballots with NO BAR CODE! Then the ‘target’ was off on each REPUBLICAN ballot which caused it to be sent for adjudication which is where Biden won. 94% needed to be adjudicated. Previous elections were 1.2-2%
This violates the secret ballot laws.
However, I think this should be the case for mail-in and/or Absentee Ballots. If you want to vote absentee or by mail, you forfeit your right to a secret ballot.
You want a secret ballot, you go in person to the polling place where your ID can be confirmed.

County Clerks are responsible for counting mail-in absentee ballots. In large counties such as Atlanta and Detroit, a centralized counting facility was set up. These large facilities are where the Dems barred Republican poll watchers from observing the signature verification process and stole the election.

It's sad that Sleepy "China Joe" probably has early-stage dementia. Sleepy Joe will resign within months if he's inaugurated. The entire Democrat Party Cabal (including his Biden's wife) should be ashamed of putting Sleepy Joe through all of this. But Dr. Jill Biden, MD, EdD, PhD, DMD (etc.) probably thinks she's doing a good thing by at least getting "U.S. President" attached to Sleepy Joe's name.
I'm guessing, by May, he'll resign from office because of "physical health and/or mental issues." That's why Kamala is constantly laughing and dancing because she knows she'll be President very soon. It's Party Time! But of course Democrats will say how tremendous it is that the first black woman is President. Big deal. It wouldn't surprise me in the least if the next five Presidents are female. This isn't 1970 or 1930 or 1880. 2021 is upon us. Literally anyone can become President, or CEO, or whatever position if one applies oneself (although, of course, you could work your arse off and still not get to where you want to be, simply because of bad timing, bad health, bad luck, etc.). Nothing is guaranteed in life. Yet, this is the greatest country on Earth by far ... but not if you ask anyone in the Democrat Party Cabal who insist it's the worst country on Earth (and clearly nowhere near as great as Uniparty China).
Holy crap this was DEVASTATING to the politicians and officials in Georgia who are frankly not being very cooperative. Sterling, Raffensperger, Kemp, and Abrams all just dumped in their pants when this gentleman walked away from the podium.

The election laws for a particular state are uniform for all voting districts within that state.
The exact, precise format of the ballot is not. Again, it's because in the U.S. during a Presidential election we are not just voting for President, we are also voting for US Reps and Senators, Governors, state representatives, city council members, county clerks, county drain commissioners, and property tax millages for the local Library, all on the same ballot.
Since each precinct, of which there are thousands or even tens of thousands in a state, could have a uniquely different set of offices and ballot proposals to vote on, each county clerk is designated as the responsible person to handle elections for that county, and designs ballots unique to each voting precinct.

No they were not “kicked out”, they were catalogued by the Dominion machines, their count data sent overseas, and then an algorithm was run on all of the Trump votes and Biden votes districts to count Biden at say 1.35 per vote and trump votes at say .65 per vote.The data was then plugged back into the Dominion machine which then treated the votes as proper but the entire data base was manipulated to make it look like Trump lost.
The bar codes were used to make it happen.

A mail-in-ballot should have to be signed by the registered voter submitting it.

Ballot codes are sometimes legitimately used to track the ballot configuration as to what races the ballot carries. That way the correct ballots are used for each voting district. Unfortunately, such codes also permit easier identification of votes to be manipulated or shredded.
Both ballots in the pic were from Fulton County. Its just that the Republican ballot has a barcode and the Democrat one does not. This GA election is so corrupted there is no way to certify it to the electoral college at this point. We need an in person revote. All ballots identical.
Serial numbers would be shuffled like a deck of cards and mailed or issued in random order.
The only thing they could trace is that they are part of the set that was officially printed................
I doubt this is conclusive, but it sure raised eyebrows big time when Raffy & Kemp resisted transparency, controlled/monitored recounts and audits. Confirms in my mind, no matter the mechanics of the steal, that Georgia was, in fact, stolen.
recommend you watch the testimony. The issue of differences in the ballot is much more basic than differences in district-specific questions.
