These past few weeks the dysfunction of the Supreme Court has come to a head. The Court, led by Chief John Roberts, has removed itself from getting involved in the 2020 election. Something’s not right.
The manner in which Chief Justice Roberts runs the Supreme Court is a travesty. It is corrupt. He doesn’t uphold the rule of law, he breaks it.
A week ago the Supreme Court threw out the Texas case which more than 20 states joined in support. This was the first case on the 2020 election based on its merits. It was shocking that the three new Trump judges would not vote to hear the case. This decision led legal legend Lin Wood to share the following tweet:

Yep. John Roberts’ voting record is actually more conservative than what you think you would see from his social life. He should had been far left the entire time.

The problem with that case was that the Supreme Court couldn’t DO anything.
The Constitution puts it in the hands of the country’s Legislatures to deal with electoral fraud.
That the states didn’t follow their legislatures’ laws on conducting elections was something the court could rule on- but what could they DO? Nothing. ( as Alito said).
I don’t know the technical term, but courts don’t take cases they can’t provide relief for.

The question on this thread should be, in my not so humble opinion....what the hell was John Roberts doing at DAVOS???
DAVOS is as political as it gets. It is so much worse than political that no judge should be there. That is where Bill Gates, Soros and the like decide how you will eat, what you will eat, what your home will be like, whether you fit the requirements for medical treatment and what treatment..... all totally contrary to our Constitution.
Of course the answer would be that he was invited because they wanted his thoughts.

They could rule the election laws unconstitutional, and require the State legislatures to fix it.
If the state legislatures did not fix it, the electoral votes go to the House, if there is no majority.

I come away from our conversation both educated, and in 180-degree alignment AWAY from my original position.
In theory, you could contort the facts to fit the situation.
We dont know the time of the flight...at least not from anything I have seen
So you would have to believe CJ roberts ditched his robes after two oral arguments...flew down to Palm Beach...then flew to Michigan...and then flew back to DC for oral arguments the next day
OR
you could believe the more plausible story that it is the VP of Energy Claims for the company who owns/leases the plane.
