Washington Times on Tuesday calling on President Donald Trump to declare a limited martial law and hold a new election if the US Courts and Congress do not follow the US Constitution.
Attorney Lin Wood tweeted this out today.

OK, I will say it, Lin Wood is kind of a loose cannon.
We need people voting in the Georgia runoffs, and we have every reason to hope that the Supreme Court will decide in our favor. So he needs to cool it. jmho.
There it is.
The failure of Republicans at state levels to do anything more than hold “hearings” stands out like a sore thumb.
“Hearings” are fine but the actions that follow are what count.
The Confederate backed Samuel Tilden was denied the Presidency by concerted Republican action following the 1876 election centered at the state level.
All options are on the table and I am a fan of the notion of SCOTUS action.
Martial law? Well, that’s a bridge too far. And it plays right into the hands of those who want to categorize the election doubters as kooks.
But wait. Is there a method to Lin Wood‘s madness? Could such a threat be meant motivate the courts to do the right thing? (Answering that would be above my pay grade.)
It’s a big step.
People have asked if the military would support Trump.
I think the military would support the President.
After Jan 20, the military may feel compelled to support President Harris whether they want to or not.
I’m hoping that the EC total is less than 270 and SCOTUS throws this to the state delegations. That adheres to the Constitution. Martial Law and new presidential elections in 2021 are not Constitutional.
Paper only and the only absentees are military

He shouldn’t be saying that. Sounds crazy! Just file the lawsuits and then let the Supremes weigh in on it.... Then we can go to plan B.
So many Dems, state and federal are involved... Do we have a prison large enough?
That makes TWO highly respected people publicly calling for martial law already. They are at the core of this and can see and know things we can’t. It looks like this is just the calm before the storm.
Do it Donald, and don’t let these GOP’ers talk you out of it.
That would be unconstitutional. The Constitution leaves the manner of holding elections to the States. Most states have legislation providing for mailed-in ballots.
Actually, I don’t know.
If SCOTUS can be influenced by rioters or antifa or extremely biased media, then maybe they can be influenced by the threat of martial law.
It’s unbelievable we’ve gotten this far.
