The president was referring, of course, to the vote counts that currently are being disputed in several states. Indeed, if you’ve been following the actual developments on this front closely, you are becoming increasingly aware of just how much evidence there is of massive electoral fraud.
The question is not whether the Democrats tried to steal the election; they did. At this point, there’s no honest question about that. The only question is whether there’s enough time to prove it in court, and whether the judges involved will dare to make honest ruling

There is probably not enough time to prove anything criminal in court.
However, there is time to make the argument that if an election cannot be audited, then it cannot be certified. And if we can get a few states to un-certify, that we throw the election to the House, and we win.
We can worry about prosecuting these crooks after Trump is re-inaugurated.
EVs not counted in Congress until Jan 6th. If significant fraud is exposed in a state, or states, Congress does not have to accept those EVs. Then on to the House for a Contingent Election as you say..... Even if the states have all certified. Congress has the final word.
We need judges and GOP pols with real guts this time!
The only way out of this mess may be to Place the entire election into the House due to foreign interference in so many different states resulting in a corrupted vote.
The Insurrection Act may be needed to sort out how it all happened.
No, let the state legislatures select the electors to the EC in PA,GA.WI and MI. Art II is the answer.

Don’t count on WI. We wrote to and received a reply from the head of the state senate.
“Unfortunately, it’s up to the Governor.”
They don’t want to invoke Article II. They wouldn’t even confront the unconstitutional (2 court orders) lockdown orders.
I’m extremely uncertain of the delegation(s) in the House, as well.

I’m pretty sure most Americans don’t know what to make of this because it is legal for our news to report opinion as fact, and what is propaganda if it is not reporting opinion as fact?
Most of us live in communities with neighbors who may or not agree with us politically. Those neighbors are not rioting or behaving badly, mostly they just look embarrassed when the Left got in the news in Democratic strongholds. Are we to attack them because they disagree with us? Do we take the show on the road and invade other communities in other states because we hear there is civil unrest there?
There is no penalty, evidently, for lying in the press. We wanted so badly to be different from the Brits that I suspect we threw out some of their good ideas along with the taxation without representation. Now we live in a country where there are no agreed upon facts. Instead of facts we have legal propaganda, non-disclosure agreements, and a legal system seemingly ready to pounce on anyone who steps out of line by telling the truth.
The Brits were in our faces and a long way from their own homes.
The crazies are in their own communities and we are a long way from their homes.
The “British” in this situation are anonymous and well protected by shell corporations, lawyers, and useful idiots who are desperate enough to believe their enemies are on their side because they are willing to offer them a disproportionate portion of what is left of the community pie after it has been eaten by thieves.
