Dan Perino on Fox News suggested that Dominion Voting Systems sue Sidney Powell. This video explains that would be as likely as Andrew Weissman who was accused of extreme prosecutorial misconduct in the Enron Case in Sidney Powell's book "Licensed To Lie" suing her. Despite being portrayed in the book as being completely unsavory sleazebag, Weissman did NOT sue. Why didn't he sue? Probably for the same reason that Dominion mostly likely will NOT sue Sidney Powell.

When an "aggrieved" party, especially if the party is a lawyer or a giant corporation, declines to sue, that says a lot.

I expect most US jursidictions will dump Dominion after this.
I predict Dominion will quickly change it’s name.
One of them said, it wasn’t just Dominion that had built in Smartmatic’s software, but most of the election machine providers. We need to go after them all.

I agree. Dominion can do what they want to do ... and Powell will respond ... devastatingly so. (But I don’t think they will as facts are not on their side.)

For the claims Powell, Guiliani, are making, they need to answer - WHO is coordinating all this? They are claiming a large conspiracy, which would need potentially many hundreds of people across states, governments and electoral boards. Who decides whether fake ballots or manipulated software is used, in which location? Such a large effort would clearly need leaders.

Considering that Dominion offices are folding up and moving to undisclosed locations, that says that the changes for a defamation lawsuit are slim. One can’t sue another anonymously.
