Somebody needs to read Bush v Gore
Gore did pick the counties he wanted a recount in. And the Florida SC illegally allowed him to.
It’s like playing ‘whack the mole.’ Should recount all counties... if this was a software ‘glitch’ it would be more likely to have swerved Trump votes to Biden votes out there in the red counties.

Doubt it. When Gore requested that, courts said no. All or none. Can’t “cherry pick”.

Meagan Wolfe (WI Election Commissioner) wants to charge Trump campaign approximately $8 million to do a recount.
Yeah I’m not sure why but I will just see what happens like everyone else.

Its Trump playing 4D chess, he has the recount probably based on what WI would allow, then either it all goes Trump's way, or Biden would have to force a recount of the entire State, but that would put certification in jeopardy and/or expose election fraud, thus throwing it to the Republican Legislature.
Either way, Trump wins.
There are around 6 counties that are completely out of whack and those are the ones he will pick.

If there were a ‘backdoor patch’ no one has come forward with evidence of it yet. Sidney Powell and Lin Wood keep making noises like they are going to but haven’t. Rush yesterday was saying that it would be incredible for them to make these allegations without proof.. guess we’ll find out.
The only thing I remember from Gore vs Bush was about the chads....and one member of the court, speaking about the punching out said....what’s so hard about that. Either it’s punched or it’s not. Indents mean nothing....
Yes, the law calls for candidates who make the request to finance recounts if not within the specified margins for an automatic recall.
Dick Morris just said recounting in only certain counties is a head fake to get a statewide recount.
Since it has been established that Wisconsin law requires that a challenger pay in advance of any recounts, the Trump campaign was apparently given the choice or paying the entire state or in part for certain counties. That the major six counties have been picked should given rise in the event of election tampering, the opening to pay for the entire state or Trump Org. can demand further recounts based on established fraud the recount of the rest of the state.
