I think you hold the FR record for most nonsensical blather posted in under two months.
Amendment 14 to the US Constitution, Section 2, part of Sentence 2:
"... when the right to vote at any election for the choice of electors for the President and Vice-President of the United States ... is denied to ... inhabitants of such State, being ... of (voting) age, and (being) citizens of the United States, or in any way abridged, except for participation in rebellion, or other crime, the basis of representation therein shall be reduced in the proportion which the number of (denied voters) shall bear to the whole number of (citizens entitled to vote) in such State".
Not sure, but that probably doesn't happen unless the State's Secretary of State certifies the Electors. The SOSs in MI, WI, GA, AZ, & others must be having some serious trepidation over actually doing the certification. If Trump can prove fraud in the next week, the SOSs will soil themselves.
Also, if a state declares bankruptcy (New York?), they become a territory for the duration, and as such they cannot vote in the Presidential election.
I hope these states get what they deserve, but that's going to be a long row to hoe.
