I'm not a lawyer, just a verrrry interested layman. Obviously I have been following very closely the obvious election fraud on a massive scale that just took place. However, setting aside the data proving the fraud, just the legal issues alone should give Trump the win.
On October 19, Chief Justice John Roberts sided with the liberals on the Supreme Court and voted to allow the decision of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court decision, CONTRARY TO STATE LAW, to allow the counting of mailed ballots up to three days after election day. The vote was 4-4 at the time due to a vacancy on the Supreme Court, thus allowing the Pennsylvania Supreme Court decision in VIOLATION OF STATE LAW to remain in place.
Did you notice that I emphasized "VIOLATION OF STATE LAW?" That is because the 2020 election in Pennsylvania was conducted in VIOLATION OF STATE LAW.
As Daniel Horowitz and Mark Levin pointed out, State Legislatures can choose presidential electors. There has been a lot of push back and "fact checking" on this to declare that they are wrong. Well, they are wrong. State Legislators cannot choose a slate of electors contrary to the recorded vote...EXCEPT when the election was conducted in VIOLATION OF STATE LAW.
Thanx to Justice Roberts not taking a stand on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, that state went ahead and openly counted mailed ballots three days (and beyond) after the Nov. 3 election in VIOLATION OF STATE LAW.
Therefore if the state legislature of Pennsylvania, in response to the overwhelming evidence of vote fraud plus the slap in the face the governor, his administration, and the state courts gave to the legislature by ACTING IN VIOLATION OF STATE law choose the the electors they have the legal right to do so. Of course, the state Democrat Secretary of State will not certify the electors chosen by the state legislature and will only certify the electors chosen due to a fraudulent election conducted in VIOLATION OF STATE LAW.
So which set of electors get to vote in the electoral college? Well, I think you see where this is heading and, yup, it is heading to the U.S. Supreme Court where despite their reluctance to get involved in election matters they have no choice but to do so. However, rather than get involved in analyzing election data which could take a long time, their concern is strictly legal. And it boils down to this, do the state legislatures have the constitutional right to choose the electors if the election was conducted in VIOLATION OF STATE LAW?
The answer for Pennsylvania is obvious.
What do you think the propaganda push by the media was for this weekend? They’re trying to intimidate the SC. Will it work? We’ll see.
Alito, I think.
Accidentally?
Bwahahahaha!!!
“Also, was it PA that put off counting military absentee ballots till the very end so there was a big stack still to count?”
Unlike Florida2000 where the military absentee votes were lost, and never recovered.
I would be beyond shocked if Roberts either wanted to or was purposefully or accidentally effecting that result at this point.
Personally I don’t think ACB is all she’s cracked up to be.
> the second request for those ballots was due yesterday at 2PM and theres been no word.
Thats what I expected and feared. Theyve declared theyre taking over and asking how many divisions the Supreme Court has (or anyone else).
Do you think the PA state legislature would select pro-Trump electors?
It all seems to heading in this direction. The Pennsylvania legislature chooses to send the Trump electors for the Electoral College and the Democrat administration and PA secretary of state chooses the Biden Electors. Therefore TWO sets of Electors and the U.S. Supreme Court has to decide which set to allow. The question comes as to the constitutional right of the state legislature to choose the electors which in turn hinges on if their finding of a VIOLATION of state election laws is valid. And I think we know the more than OBVIOUS answer to the latter.
Trump won PA. I have no doubt. Therefore, by your reasoning, the electors should go to Trump.
Democrats love them a cheat ... especially if they can hate on servicemen in the process.
Been ready for that for long time.
Her testimony was full of pandering to the black supremacists that run this country.
If by populace you mean the criminal element of the Left stealing an election...
The PA GOP should be RIOTING right now>>>>
If they were of the same mind as the domestic terrorists who claim to be rioting for the BLM movement they’d be doing so. But being they are not domestic terrorists, they don’t.
from your lips to God’s ears....
This is Roberts, not Alito. This regards a decision by the court in October that allowed three days against existing state law. There is no accidentally about it. As for the last six years, Roberts is it on the fix.
“The law doesnt mean a Damn thing to these commies.”
The most common sense and factual reply to this thread yet. The evidence is overwhelming massive fraud on numerous levels and types. Much of it was done in plain sight, they do not care about the law. The end result is what counts.
If the justice system does not correct the vote count to actual legal votes, then the stage will be set for bloody violence. A reporter on OAN said it will likely start in big cities. Just glad I am hundreds of miles from the closest one.
I didn’t say it WOULD happen; I said depends on them doing the right thing or not. Clinton wasn’t ahead by 700k votes, though, and watching fraudulent votes evaporate her lead.
Doing the Right thing always takes balls, a virtue that appears to be lacking right now,, with so many “republicans” ready to give in and accept this fraud.
I would be beyond shocked if Roberts either wanted to or was purposefully or accidentally effecting that result at this point.
Personally I dont think ACB is all shes cracked up to be.
Yeah, I’m expecting Trump to lose 8-1 or 9-0 on anything related to invalidating the PA results. Thomas might just be on our side but that will be it. Most likely Roberts will engineer it so they do not consider anything explosive.
