Sebastian Machado – who claims to be a poll worker in Erie, Pennsylvania – bragged about discarding "over a hundred ballots for Trump" on social media.
His temporary Instagram story insists the critical swing state is "gonna turn blue":
"I've thrown out over a hundred ballots for trump already!! Pennsylvania gonna turn blue 2020!!"

According to the county, the idiot in question is not a poll worker. He was just an idiot, an idiot who now has a target on his back because of his own stupidity.

However if he actually is working at a polling station there are no votes to “throw out” so I find this entire claim utter BS.
Ballots are handled by the voter, poll workers do not touch them after they are in the possession of the voter. The voter fills them out and places them in the scanner/voting box. No way for them to be “thrown out” by a poll worker..
