Joe Biden is taking a looooong lid in the final week of the campaign and Politico magazine treats this as brilliant strategy. Yup! A great way to earn votes from people by completely taking them for granted in the final stretch of the campaign. Not giving enough of a crap for them to exert yourself by campaigning is a surefire strategy leading to the inevitable landslide ...but not for the candidate following that utterly laughable strategy.

He has humongous money to spend due to big bucks donations from companies and organizations like labor unions.
He is saturating the airwaves and papers in battle ground states with campaign ads.
It remains to be seen whether Trump’s strategy of personally going to each state to campaign is more effective to counter the lies in Joe’s ads.

Joe Biden in person and Joe Biden in the advertisements are two very different people. Many people voting for him are voting for a Hollywood manufactured image. It may work because his ads are very good..... dishonest but effective. Actually pretty scary with the possibility.

Precisely. That’s why I want to caution FReepers NOT to be deceived by the size of those attending Trump’s rallies vs. Biden’s sparse attendance. Biden is still reaching the huge number of low information voters with the money he has amassed. In the age of reality TV shows like American Idol, the sad reality is, many people vote for the IMAGE of a person, not the substance.
Biden is hiding from the Hunter laptop scandal. Figuring that if he’s not out there to answer questions about it, it’ll go away. WRONG.
