Excellent point, Giuliani…

Rudy Giuliani explains how Hunter Biden’s laptop was acquired.

“The process was that the laptop was left by Hunter Biden, in an inebriated… heavily inebriated state with the merchant,” claimed Giuliani on the show. “The merchant fixed the laptop, tried to reach Hunter Biden and Hunter Biden never came back for it.”

“The document that I have signed by Hunter Biden says that after 90 days the hard drive is abandoned and it becomes the property of the merchant. Sometime after it became his property, he became very suspicious that maybe he had evidence of a crime sitting in his office,” he went on. “So he listened to it and he found that he did.”

Giuliani declared, “He had legal possession of it. He legally turned it over to the FBI, and then he legally turned it over to my lawyer. It’s now his property. He can do what he wants with it.

Now, why are they so sensitive about this? When they were more than willing to publish stolen tax returns — not legally obtained — stolen tax returns on the President of the United States.”

“They say it was hacked. It hasn’t been hacked. He never even bothered to find out if it was hacked,” he added.

It’s a good thing the Mac shop owner wasn’t a dem, otherwise it would have been used as blackmail and the guy would either be living high in the south seas, or feeding fish off the coast of Delaware.

I live within a few miles of the Delaware coast, and that's the main reason I don't eat blue crabs taken from the Delaware Bay.

Yes, and God bless and protect the merchant who restored the laptop(s), too!

He may have saved his life by going public.

"I wonder if I would snoop around somebody’s files if I was in the same position as the repair man."

I don't think it was snooping, so much as inventory. In most states, if you take a vehicle to a repair shop and then abandon it, there are legal steps by which the shop can take over the title of the vehicle (provided there's no lien on it), much like the shop owner became owner of the laptop.

Once it becomes the shop owner's property, it's not snooping, whether your looking in the hard drive of an abandoned laptop or the trunk of an abandoned vehicle that became your property.

And do you believe that the nude, crack-smoking photos of Biden Jr. were made up by “the Russians” too?

Never underestimate what one ordinary person in a population of more than 300 million can make even in something as consequential as a presidential election - remember the guy who took the video of a beached-whale Hilary getting tossed into a waiting van? I wonder how that election might have turned out without that little peak behind the curtain.

Most likely the latter.

He would have died in a terrible boating accident.

I just said this on another thread. I would not be surprised if Hunter was found dead of a drug overdose sometime soon. It would tie up a big loose end AND give poor ol Joe some sympathy right before the final vote.

I would think not but considering the name on the service contract was Hunter Biden, I would think yes.......

Just playing Devil's Advocate here (almost literally). If an "inebriated" person has been deemed unable to consent to sexual relations, any bets there isn't a lawyer out there that will argue that Hunter was in no condition to enter a contract, or fully understand the terms of the contract?

Yes, they seem to be evolving. How much of this is Guiliani just making up? And I am still bothered that he’ll out running his mouth promising more releases of stuff he admits he does not possess. And the how dribble of it all and ‘trust me’ “bombshells” are getting really old and have hurt Trump.

And think about it... Drug addiction may just have saved the USA….

I’m still open to suspicion about the exact origin of the hard-drive information, but it is also entirely possible Hunter Biden simply left it, exactly as Guiliani tells it. Hunter Biden clearly has an issue with boundaries, is very self-absorbed, has no self-control, and is an admitted addict. His naturally low IQ is likely ‘enhanced’ by drug use.

Remember, this is a guy who couldn’t hide is cocaine addition in the Navy, and simply forgot he had left a crack-pipe and some rocks in a rental car.

I don’t even want to know what they see. You know something? I don’t do anything wrong on my computer and I still don’t want it handled by somebody else.

Even family photos and whatnot. I just don’t want my life shared and that’s why I have nothing on Facebook

I know that’s silly. I’m sure the younger generation doesn’t even think about that
