In fact, Sweden never even recommended that people wear masks.

I agree. Now I do think our death rate would probably have been higher without some measures in place, but that is because we are such an unhealthy population. Way too many obese people, and obesity correlates in general to very bad Covid-19 outcomes. On the other hand, President Trump likely saved countless lives with his public support of HCQ and zinc.
If we want to adopt lockdown measures, I would be far more inclined to mandate that folks exercise, get sun/fresh air, and stop stuffing their faces with garbage.
Evil by the perpetrators, nutty by the sheeple going along with it.

You mean because the numbers keep changing and you’re just highlighting a specific time frame? Or that the webpage itself “moves” (has a different address)?
But at any rate, even using the current info, it’s easy to see that the worst is behind Sweden and, for them, the pandemic is pretty much over. I’d hope they are keeping watch on who comes into their country and in what condition, though.
Sweden is the least fat Western nation and one of the healthiest nations in the world with the lowest comorbidities for Covid-19.
It should have one of the lowest fatality rates in the world for Covid-19. Yet it has the second highest in Europe after Belgium excluding micronations.
Excluding micronations Sweden has the 11th highest Covid-19 fatality rate in the world.
Sweden isn’t proof that lockdowns and mask don’t work. It is the opposite.
You will NEVER hear the MSM mention Sweden. They no longer recognize it exists on earth
Culturally, Swedish take their authorities seriously. Even is pandemic safety practices were not mandated, the people implemented practices that mitigated the virus. They chose to work from home and practiced socially distancing. Swedish people were also encouraged to refrain from seeing their elderly relatives, who were at high risk for deadly infection. Even so, they could have done better. Sweden had higher percentage of COVID-19 deaths in older patients then other countries.
In other countries, governments had to issue strict regulations to citizens who were not disciplined enough to follow the recommendations. Sweden followed their common sense and that’s what made the difference.
And also after Spain, Italy, and the UK, which are not micronations.
If one does those projections to the end of the year for about 100 days, there will be a point as an example in Arkansas that the long term results are better without the interventions.
However, I have noticed a larger following wave of infections noted in the models afterwards.
Herd immunity will be difficult to claim if that large forecast higher case count projection happens after January 1st takes hold in my opinion.

according to the experts, if you didn’t have a lockdown, you would have multiples of covid deaths compared to those who did, e.g. Sweden should have something like 3-4,000 per million covid deaths.

In the end, there are 215 nations tracked by Worldometers and while they bested some countries like Italy and the US (for now) it is a dubious distinction to have a per capita fatality total that is in the 5th percentile.
Sweden did some good things like not force kids to live in isolation chambers and let businesses stay open. But please...to cheer about SE is comparable to cheering about the Baltimore Orioles in 2019 having a surge of wins at the season's end garnering them the second worst win percentage out of 30 teams. "At least we weren't as bad as Detroit."
I have a strong belief that Cuomo and Blasio (Warren Wilhelm Jr) actually knew this — and to continue the “biological scare” - they sent infected into nursing homes knowing that would compromise the elderly and kill them. Thus raising the numbers of deaths...
China knew it was being check mated by Pres. Trump - they had to do something to stop the US Economic revitalization that was occurring... the US and the rest of the world was hit with a low-grade- highly infectious biological weapon... one that would appear to kill anyone infected- but it does not.
A healthy life style and immune system - it passes right over like a cold for the most part.
There was collusion big time- and it was between Biden (who was licked early one to be the DNC front runner) and China.

The scariest event right now for CHINA and the DEMOCRATS is a another 4 yrs of Trump - and they will do anything to make it does not happen. Every media report I see — is a scare piece. I don’t trust them to deliver any FACTUAL information on anything.
