Where's Joe? Yesterday, was the 85th anniversary of Social Security and Joe Biden did NOT give a speech about it. Instead, that task was performed from Basement Central by his wife and Chief Handler, Jill Biden. Despite the fact that Joe was only feet away from the basement, does anybody else find it odd that he couldn't muster up the energy to read that speech off the teleprompter? Apparently Jill Biden is vying to become the next Edith Wilson with one big difference: Edith Wilson took over from her incapacitated husband, Woodrow Wilson, in the last couple of years of his presidency while Jill is ready to perform that task from Day One if Joe sleeps his way into office. Actually, as you can see, Jill Biden is already taking over his role in the campaign as the modern day Edith Wilson.
