“Im just waiting for judge somewhere to overturn his actions.”
For a judge to overturn anything, a case has to get before him. Can’t happen here, because there is no longer any case.

"Democrats are in the intersection wondering what happened? they dont realize that crazy doesnt fly." Sadly, the video of the Seattle interstate protestors getting hit by the speeding car have been scrubbed. They didn't fly long or far, but they were airborne for a bit!)

DOJ can still file charges.
To: moehoward
Sure, they could, but they won’t, at least not under this administration.

But...It’s taken them so far!

Now they can sue for illegal prosecution in violation of their second amendment rights.
To: Red Badger
Good!! No charges should have been brought to begin with they had EVERY right to protect their property against thugs

You can pretty much guarantee you have 2 new Trump voters here.
To: Buckeye McFrog
Not so sure that theyre Dems. Last time they were on with Tucker, the husband had a Trump book behind him and, I swear, a book by Ollie North.

I don't know. 50-something year old Dem lawyers. That's a whole heapin' lifetime of stupidity they'll have to overcome. Not sure one incident of reality intruding will be enough to burst those bubbles, as much as I'd hope for that to be the case.

Excellent. Plus they fixed her gun for her.
(But I do hope she takes a gun safety class.)

Kim Gardner won’t be arrested for anything. She’s got a race card.

I think the headline is misleading.
The article says:
As Missouris chief law enforcement officer, I simply will not stand by while Missouri laws are being ignored.
That is why I am entering the case in terms of seeking the dismissal of the case to protect the rights of Missourians to defend themselves in their property under Missouris castle doctrine.
I don’t think the AG can simply dismiss the charges.
Someone please correct me if I’m wrong.

They should bring charges against George Soros’s Beyatch Kim Gardner now, and I hope the McClaskeys sue the pants off of her too.

So...
When do they get their guns back?
In what condition>
How much in debt did the lawyers put them into?
Will there be a “recall” for the local authorities who committed this crime?
It ain’t over till its over!
