I'll be surprised if Mittwit Romney doesn't condemn this.

Great.

Better than having to shoot Soros or Gardner.

They were persecuted for exercising their right to self defense. The attention is the ONLY reason that the radical Soros DA brought charges. They were tried and hung by liberal public opinion and their story needs a huge light shined on it so this BS doesn’t happen again.

This is incorrect. The AG CANT dismiss the charges. He can enter the case and ASK for the charges to be dismissed, but the court has to do it. The local Soros DA hasn’t dropped any charges and there isn’t any provision in Missouri law that I can find that allows the AG to dismiss the charges against her will.

That’s a problem with these local Soros installed communists.

Rats must be realizing the optics of supporting looters and rioters isn’t polling well.

MO Attorney-General Eric S. Schmitt is a Republican. Maybe Judge Sullivan will claim jurisdiction and attempt to sentence them anyway.

“Will they get their guns back?”

Of course not.

Laws shouldn’t be weighed by public opinion.

Politicians and prosecutors alike love it that way. They retain the power to throw the book at anyone inconvenient - but can waive the law to help out their friends and allies when necessary.

If a Democrat politician had held up the same guns in front of a patriot rally, you can well imagine how Kim Gardner would have handled the case.

Nope. The Couple saved money by not having to pay a Gunsmith to fix the Pistol.

Now charge all involved with violations of civil rights under color of law.

Good question, and why was the evidence fabricated?

Concerning the complaints that “it wasn’t their land” - apparently it was, per squatter’s right. They had a long running claim of ownership; I expect that would have become a major and winning part of the case, retroactively declaring their title to land they were defending as explicitly allowed by law, obviating the “pointing guns” charge.

One has to wonder if the fact the handgun was intentionally made to be inoperative was disclosed at the time of seizure, or was this a sting only made public by the owner after the DA filed charges?

Even if they were renters, not owning the land has nothing to do with the 2nd Amendment............

‘Bout time! They were utterly bogus charges and simply served to show that Kim Gardner is bought, lock, stock, and barrel.
