In the last decade, diagnosis of “gender dysphoria” — severe discomfort in one’s biological sex — has exploded across the West.
Between 2016 and 2017, the number of gender surgeries for natal females in the US quadrupled; in the UK, the rates of gender dysphoria for teenage girls are up 4,400 percent over the previous decade. An ailment that typically began in early childhood, and overwhelmingly afflicted males, suddenly has a new dominant demographic: teenage girls.
In 2016, Brown University public health researcher Lisa Littman was scrolling through social media when she noticed that a group of teen girls from her small town in Rhode Island — all from the same friend group — had come out as transgender.
Intrigued by the statistical unlikelihood, Littman began to study the phenomenon and, in 2018, published the results. She hypothesized that transgender identification had become one more peer contagion among adolescent females. Anxiety-ridden, middle-class girls who once engaged in cutting or anorexia were now wearing “binders” (breast-compressing undergarments), taking testosterone and undergoing voluntary double mastectomies....

I say it’s vaccines. I was stunned to listen to Del Bigtree and RFKjr say that ALL vaccines have DNA in them. They posed the question about what happens when female DNA is given to a boy and vice versa. They said that tainted vaccines exploded onto the scene after 89 due to the vaccine co’s being given immunity from litigation. These people are wicked.
The really bad thing about it is that it is a recognized mental illness that is very treatable, but liberals have made it illegal for a mental health professional to help them. And the media and idiot liberals are encouraging young children to transition instead of helping them to get over their illness.
A lot of mental illness isn’t any sort of “disease” or “chemical imbalance” or “genetic propensity”.
A lot of mental illness is a just a bad thought pattern which people fall into like a rut and which comes to dominate their personality and make them unhappy. Excessive worriers (neurotics) are like that. They just feel compelled to worry about everything.
A lot of the “transgenders” are just people who become convinced (by pop culture and/or their friends) that it’s pretty darn cool to be born the wrong sex and to feel a need to change this.
There is absolutely no history of young female hysteria on any subject and that is especially true in trans-gender transitioning! This is settled science according to the LBGTXYZ experts. On the other hand, there were the Sinatra Bobby Socks Gals, Elvis Fans, Beatle Babes ... almost to infinity. Remember, a large subset of experts are the people paid to talk to the media. Grain of salt? How about BOULDERS!

“Peer contagion”. Yep, leftists see themselves as the “in crowd” and that means they hate America, love socialism (see Tagline), and hate free speech. Kids have always wanted to be part of the “in crowd” and so they’re tagging along.

Once that mental illness moves to physical mutilation, it becomes interdictable. All the body piercings and tattoos are bad enough, but slicing off body parts nature provided is something beyond mere “dysphoria.” It’s self-harm, one step removed from suicide. Would any responsible mental health practitioner suggest that the best treatment for a suicidal patient is to convince them to “come to grips with it”?
Fads used to be benign, like yo-yos and Hula hoops.
It didn’t involve hormones or chopping off body parts.
Womankind is being destroyed by the left. These younger maladjusted sexually and intellectually rotted girls/women are killing their babies,have zero morality,zero sense of consequence and are an increasingly violent and angry demographic as seen in these riots.

Patient: “I am unhappy.”
Mental health counselor: “If I found someone who was willing to mutilate your genitals with sharp instruments, would that help?”
Patient: “I dunno. Let’s give it a shot.”
There’s a whole lot wrong with everything above, but I think it has become common.
A friend of mine told us that one of her friends daughter went to university, had a hard time making friends and ended up depressed. She went to counseling and her counselor convinced her that her depression was because she need to “transition”. Praying something happens to stop her before she permanently ruins her life. Even twenty years ago a counselor probably would have ended up in jail or at least losing their license for such an evil &twisted misuse of their position.
Heck, it goes back at least to the witches in Salem, and probably long before.
"Gender $urgeon$" are super-predators.
Parents of young children that claim the child is transgender are looking to gain attention to themselves. Munchausen syndrome by proxy.
