The All-New Nissan Sentra commercial starring superhero feminist Brie Larson is on track to becoming the most disliked YouTube video on the platform. Nissan respond by disabling the comments. The commercial for Nissan’s new car was supposed to send a powerful message on International Women’s Day. “Don’t compromise,” Brie Larson tells a woman who feels oppressed by her male boss as he tells of, “we are going to promote you just yet.”
“You went Gillette, never go full Gillette,” the liked comment reads on top of the behind the scenes video of the new Nissan Sentra commercial.

Never was the biggest Nissan fan either.

Their CVT transmissions were the worst. They’ve went downhill. I wouldn’t buy a Nissan now for sure.
Nissan used to make very good cars. I had 3 Z-cars (’70, ‘72’, ‘77) and an ‘90 Maxima. Loved them all. But then in 1999 Renault bought them out and immediately the quality went to crap. Hey, it’s the French ... they vacation 3 months a year and their ‘good enough for government work’ quality control went down from there.
I wouldn’t own one now for any reason.

I was in a class once, and the really hot chick in there was named Brie. I opined to an equally infatuated classmate: “She’s named after a cheese?”
