A college student at the University of Virginia says there are too many white people in their new multicultural building. She wants white people to know there are other places on campus they can go and to be mindful that the MSC, Multicultural Student Center, is for people of color and that people of color might feel uncomfortable around too many white folks. The American melting pot is an illusion of the past. You put copper and zinc in a smelter (melting pot) and you get brass. You can’t tell where the copper ends and the lead begins, you have a new homogeneous metal.
The left however, does not want a common, uniquely American culture, the left wants us to keep segregated because it’s easier to “divide and conquer” if you self-divide.
The next time you hear a liberal talk about the American melting pot, call them out for the liars they are.

Back of the bus for me...
University of Michigan-Ann Arbor had minority lounges back in the 1980’s...I’d be shocked if they don’t still have them.
Then whites-only lounges should be okay too.
