Democrats In New York Might Pass A New Law That Will Allow Illegal Immigrants To Register To Vote
Conservative US ^ | Natalie D.

The Democrats can’t stop their only concern is how to bring in more illegals into their so-called sanctuary cities!

We all know that means more voters for them because real Americans don’t trust them and they have to rely on these votes to get elected!

The city of San Francisco will now allow non-citizens to vote in the area’s regional school board elections. Cities like Chicago, Illinois, and Cambridge, Massachusets also allow non-citizens to vote in regional elections.

Giving the illegal alien population the right to vote would almost ensure Democrat dominance in statewide and national elections, as foreign populations are vastly more likely to favor Democrats over Republicans.

Now a loophole in the new law granting driver’s licenses to illegal immigrants could allow hundreds of thousands of people to fraudulently register to vote in New York, according to critics, the state Board of Elections and the bill’s own sponsor.

Chances are that illegals are not paying income or property taxes. My position is, if you don’t have any skin in the game, why should you have any voice in what happens?

It’ll pass locally, then a lawsuit will be filed with a federal court. Hopefully, I time to overturn it in time for November.

Non citizens in some Long Island school districts have had the right to vote in school district elections for some time. Districts like Herricks, Great Neck, Manhasset where homes go for one million and up have many legal resident immigrants whose kids go to the schools which are funded by ridiculously high property taxes. So the districts petitioned to allow legal resident immigrants to vote.

This is beginning to be an outright coup. I wonder if the Demoncrats will try to prevent the 2020 election from happening.

Liberals are systematically invalidating both...Republicans stand around like half-wits, paralyzed with fear of losing their office

Acquiring power and control over others do mean something to them, but however much they have, it’s never enough.

Well maybe Republicans can pass laws that will allow republicans, and ONLY republicans, to vote 10 times apiece to counter?

Each vote by a non-citizen disenfranchises an actual citizen. If the courts don’t recognize this, we are done.

According to the attorney general of New York, the following are the eligibility requirements to vote:

Eligibility to Vote

a United States citizen;
eighteen (18) years of age or older on Election Day or not later than December 31st of the calendar year in which you register; and.

a resident of New York State and of the county, city or village where you will be voting for a minimum of 30 days before the election.

However, the requirements by the federal jurisdiction are as followed by the Secretary of State:

To register to vote, you must be:

A citizen of the United States;
A legal resident of the state you claim residence;
At least 18 years old by Election Day;
Not disqualified from voting due to a court order; and
Not under Department of Corrections supervision for a Washington felony conviction.

I find it interesting that if a person is not a citizen of the US nor the state they are voting in, then their vote is not valid for federal elections. If New York wishes to have illegals that do not fall within the criteria for their in state elections, that’s up to them. But any vote that does not meet the federal restriction, is invalid if placed upon a federal law or representative of the state. And if the state of New York votes are disqualified for those that illegally vote, then that costs them more money and time erasing votes as federal intrusions. But the states can not over rule federal law outside of state rights. And federal elections are outside of their jurisdiction.

Might?

In new york, “might” is like might raise taxes, might increase subway fares, might increase tolls. Chances are good this is a done deal.
