Not many people can say they were born on a bus. But one boy arrived in the world in the bathroom of an inter-city bus recently in Lethbridge, Alta, Canada
My father was a gambler down in Georgia
He wound up on the wrong end of a gun
And I was born in the back seat of a Greyhound bus
Rollin’ down highway forty-one
And then he “dinged” her for the additional passenger fee
Whose driving the bus?
But only for half the trip....
“...Woman gives birth in bathroom of bus...”
Probably same place she got pregnant.
Better than: Woman conceives baby in bathroom of a bus. Driver helps out.
Ugggh
“Where were you born?”
“The crapper”
She must have been a very small woman with a very small baby.
Meanwhile, nobody had use of the restroom at all!
“What about us?”
Passegers probably went outside of the parked bus and
looked for a buncha bushes.
I’ve never been involved in the birth of a baby, so looking for expert opinion.
How can a driver “help out” - besides just moral and emotional support?
Either the baby comes out naturally, or its born breech or with some other problem. Can someone with no training actually be of any help in such a situation?
I'd say so. Unless there are complications, the woman does all the work. My last few kids, all I could do during delivery was press down on her lower back, massage her shoulders, massage her hands, etc.
Beat me to it.
Its all up from here kid.
Meanwhile, the baby was popped out in the head.
Apparently the bus station toilet was occupado, or being cleaned, and/or she was trying to keep a timetable. Maybe she had to make it to her shift at her workplace. She must have been really shy, because a bus bench would be a hell of a lot better place than a freakin' bus toilet. At least we can guess that she probably doesn't work in a strip club, so, bonus.
