Mr. President, please pardon General Mike Flynn!
Federal Judge Emmet Sullivan on Monday rejected Sidney Powell’s request for additional Brady Material and announced Flynn will be sentenced on January 28.
General Flynn was railroaded by the Deep State, FBI and crooked Mueller team — he has spent an exorbitant amount of money defending himself.
The FBI ambushed Flynn at the White House during the Trump transition and altered the 302 FBI reports from the ambush interview.
Flynn didn’t even have his lawyer with him because the FBI didn’t inform him that he was being targeted.
Powell added, “Mr. Flynn is entitled to this information under Brady v. Maryland, 373 U.S. 83, 87 (1963).
Joseph Mifsud, a Maltese professor, was also used by the Deep State to set up Trump’s former foreign policy campaign advisor George Papadopoulos.
US Attorney General Bill Barr and US Attorney from Connecticut John Durham better get to the bottom of exactly who Joseph Mifsud is and how the US government used him to take down Trump and his associates, including General Flynn.

Who got to Sullivan?
Given all we now know about how this and all Crossfire Hurricane related investigations, clearly General Flynn entered a plea on bad faith from the Government.

I don’t understand this.
Isn’t Flynn legally entitled to those materials? If so, how can the judge deny them?
No better question is WHO got to Barr!! Bagpipe Barr chose to protect his buddy Rosenstein instead of forking over full disclosure in his case!

I don’t want the AG interfering with a Judge
Sydney Powell took on this flea bag of a case, mostly since Flynn’s previous lawyers messed it up so bad.
I would say let Sulivan rule in this matter and let Sydney appeal and try and get that judge to allow the Brady materials and get him acquitted that way.
It sucks for Flynn, he should consider suing his previous lawyers for malpratice.
Trump can only pardon if Flynn has been convicted, he hasn’t and I believe he could win this on appeal as well.
It makes zero sense to go after the Judge, that isn’t how our system works
Flynn has been convicted. All that is left is the sentencing.
Flynn cannot appeal. He waived that by taking a plea. He was specifically instructed at the time, that accepting a proffer required him to forego his right to appeal; there are only very limited ways a voluntary plea can be appealed.
He cannot appeal.
Looks like an appeal.

A pardon can occur without a conviction. As in Richard Nixon’s case.
The system doesn’t work. If he is going to be sentenced, then he has already been convicted. You don’t sentice someone to freedom.
Because Rosenweasel talked - he was the first one to "cut a deal" by throwing everyone else under the bus.
I'm OK with that as long as McCabe, Comey, Clapper, and Brennan end up in orange jumpsuits.
This is all part og the coverup. Sullivan was never going to release the Brady Docs. He puts up bluster but knows that the release would be the end of the FBI and DBC, For whatever reason, AG Barr opposed release. Only time will tell but it looks like Barr is going to pass on any charges against the DS.

Hopefully, the sentence will be “time served”. Sullivan has appeared fair ever since he asked Flynn if he wanted to withdraw his plea.
Is there any chance that brady material in this case might be “sealed” until Durham’s grand jury has been concluded?
