If Flynn can afford it, or if Sydney will continue her pro bono work, this could be a reversible error on Judge Sullivan's part when Flynn appeals.

Given all we now know about how this and all Crossfire Hurricane related investigations, clearly General Flynn entered a plea on bad faith from the Government.

Flynn cannot appeal. He waived that by taking a plea. He was specifically instructed at the time, that accepting a proffer required him to forego his right to appeal; there are only very limited ways a voluntary plea can be appealed.
