Adam Schiff always seems to get a free pass from the media.
Now he might finally face some real consequences however, and the media wont be able to help him this time.
Schiff has reportedly been exposing the phone records of his political foes and journalists, as well.
The Daily Signal reports:
Adam Schiffs Release of Phone Records Invites Legal, Ethics Scrutiny
House Intelligence Chairman Adam Schiff, D-Calif., faces ethics and legal hurdles for obtaining and exposing phone records of political enemies, knowledgeable observers say.
Schiff may have violated the same rule he used to threaten House Republicans, said Tom Anderson, director of the Government Integrity Project at the National Legal and Policy Center, a watchdog group.
Schiff warned Republicans on the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence not to reveal the name of the whistleblower who first filed a complaint about President Donald Trumps now-famous July 25 phone conversation with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
Schiff warned Republicans members if they did anything to publicize the whistleblower, it would be a violation of House ethics rules, Anderson told The Daily Signal.
He didnt want other members to expose private information of the whistleblower, Anderson said of Schiff, but he is doing the same thing to people who dont have anything to do with the impeachment process.
Devin Nunes, who has been directly affected by this, is talking about taking legal action.
FOX News reports:
Devin Nunes on phone record release: Were definitely going to take legal action
House Intelligence Committee Ranking Member Devin Nunes, R-Calif., said Saturday that he would be pursuing legal action after his phone records were exposed in the release of the Committees impeachment inquiry report.
On Tuesday, the Committee voted to adopt and issue the 300-page report on the findings from the panels impeachment inquiry, accusing President Trump of misusing his office to seek foreign help in the 2020 presidential race. The report included records of calls from Nunes, presidential lawyers Rudy Giuliani and Jay Sekulow, journalist John Solomon, Fox News host Sean Hannity, Giuliani connection Lev Parnas, and other White House associates.
Appearing on Fox & Friends: Weekend with hosts Pete Hegseth, Lisa Boothe, and Ed Henry, Nunes said hes been under fire for three years because Republicans continue to expose corruption, citing Democrats unmasking Trump transition officials and funding the dossier to obtain a FISA warrant on Carter Page
The Congressman is currently suing CNN for defamation after the network published reporting alleging that he met with Ukrainian prosecutor Viktor Shokin last year in Vienna in order to dig up dirt on former Vice President Joe Biden and his son Hunter Biden was demonstrably false.
As the Democrats love to say, no one is above the law.
That applies to Adam Schiff, too.
Graham weighs about 200lbs of fat and STD’s, you can trust him as far as you can throw him.
Is Schiff a Cyberstalker?
Cyberstalking is the use of computers or other electronic technology to facilitate stalking.
These are criminal stalkers perpetrate crimes against their targeted victims through electronic and online methodologies.
<><> Facebook and Apple have admitted to allowing government officials to access personal information of their account users.
<><> A device which may be used to abuse surveillance, called a Stingray, acts and looks similar to a cellphone tower but it tricks mobile devices into connecting with it.
<><> After being connected, an operator can take information stored on the device, sometimes intercepting phone calls and text messages.
<><> This method of surveillance can be used on random civilians or in an investigation of a particular person
Surveillance once was a tool to monitor and make sure citizens abide by the law, it has now created even more problems.
With surveillance cameras becoming more advanced these surveillance cameras are leading to bigger issues.
CASE IN POINT-An incident of inappropriate cyberstalking was Pennsylvania parents suing their sons school, alleging it watched him through his laptops webcam while he was at home and unaware. The student and his parents were unaware he was being observed.

Methinks Schiff’s been taking too many “anxiety” meds.
We been told that although President Trump Didnt Break the Law, He Surely Intended to and Therefore Hes Guilty
Cackle——Impeaching thought crimes———a Xanax liberal’s dream.
REALITY CHECK-—Americans would be shocked to know the types and quantities of drugs elected members can get from their own private tax-funded pharmacy.....
a reality since Obamas press corps reported that flights on Presidential plane, Air Force One, were one big pill party.
Theres a major epidemic among the elected elites when it comes to the anti anxiety drugs........the benzodiazepines like Valium, Adivan and XANAX.
One reported story a year or two back pertains to the Congressional pharmacy........that report alluded to Pelosis case (her unlimited access to botox is obvious).
One of the things needed in the process of Draining the Swamp. MAGA
Wray will get right on it.
.....on NPR, Schiff said, “I don’t think any decision has been made about whether articles of impeachment should be brought.
But there are any number of potentially impeachable offenses, including bribery, including high crimes and misdemeanors”......
Maybe Schiff could resurrect the golf cart “crimes”.......cackle.
But, when it came to a specific example, Schiffs shot against Trump landed out of bounds.
Schiff wrongly claimed that the Secret Service had paid the Trump Organization over $150,000
for the privilege of
renting Donald Trump golf carts to protect Donald Trump on his rounds.
REALITY CHECK: The money went to two companies, but they werent Trump-related businesses. And the vehicles were not Donald Trump golf carts.
At the time, Schiffs office said that the $150,000 figure came from a November 2017 USA Today story that cited the work of American Bridge 21st Century PAC, a Democratic opposition research group.
American Bridge provided factcheck.com with its research, which showed that the Secret Service rented golf carts from Golf Car & Utility Vehicle Distributors in Florida and Associates Golf Car Service of Poughkeepsie, New York.
We havent found the contracts going to any Trump companies, American Bridge spokesman Harrell Kirsten told factcheck.com.
I think I’ve read that they actually considered a demonstration nuclear blast to convince the Japanese to surrender.
“Hes a Democrat. He wont face any consequences, and you can take that to the bank.”
Yep. I learned that when the guy walked out with secret documents in his socks to cover up something the Clintons did.
Can’t remember who that was.
The corrupt press stand with white liberal ‘elites’... the jerk will get a pass.
Sure looks like Andy Kaufman!
Democrats rarely face any actual consequences for their corruption and abuses of power.
It happens sometimes, but not often.
I don’t expect Schiff to suffer from this.
Bagpipe Barr will get right on it. After he takes a nice lonnnnnnnng nap. *Yawwwwwwwwwwwn*.
I’ll believe this when I see him wearing an orange jumpsuit in the DC County Jail AdSeg Unit.
This is probably what Schiff is relying on to keep himself from suffering any legal blow back
“...The Senators and Representatives...shall in all Cases, except Treason, Felony, and Breach of the Peace, be privileged from Arrest during their Attendance at the Session of their respective Houses, and in going to and returning from the same....
...............................”
Just keep Congress in session and he’s in the catbird seat!

Shiff may have...
Nunes may take...
Same shiff, different day...
