On today's Morning Joe, Joe Scarborough went on a sneering rant, claiming President Trump's rally in Kentucky caused the incumbent Republican governor, Matt Bevin, to lose. Scarborough repeatedly demeaned the president as "Donald," at one point calling him, "son." And wanting to be sure that President Trump took the full brunt of his attack, Scarborough gestured to the camera: "Donald, c'mere: get a little closer" [see screencap].

Bevin is to blame for his own loss, which was not exactly a blowout by the opponent. Go ahead get overconfident, Dems.
It’s also just wrong.
Bevins was a bit of a swamp creature, different variety, and had many self inflicted wounds. Deeply unpopular.
Without Trump he wouldn’t be close.
Trump’s references to Mika’s plastic surgeries really hit a nerve with those two.
So Trump pulls a terrible candidate up 20% and Trump failed? Nope skank shagger, your taunt failed.
Killer Joe knows Trump is Not Why Bevin lost. This punk has not one shred of integrity.
To ‘son’ someone is EXTREMELY insulting. He can try to pass it off as a simple Southern colloquialism, but Trump will get him back for that.
Wouldn’t it be poetic if Bevin pulls off the upset...

Apprently the DNC has sent out order to it media toadies that the fact KY just elected it 1st Black AG ever, who is a Republican, MUST be suppressed.
So in standard Fake News Fiction they manufacture fraudulent spin about Trump being the cause an unpopular gov losing (despite Trump’s rally pulling him from 15% down in the polls into 4100 votes of wining). Every other GOP state wide candidate got 100,000 more votes then Bevin. KY is a non story for the Dems.
The real story is the blue states, like VA, got bluer and the red states like MS and KY got redder. The political positions on both sides are hardening quickly.

My fellow geezers have decided the millennials are too triggered and offended to do anything, so it will be up to us to kick the needed ass. I’ve had a good life so far, I’d like to finish it out in the same manner, but if it comes to it, I’m ready.
