Today’s Campaign Update (Because The Campaign Never Ends)
Is it time to take Marianne Williamson seriously yet? – The new-age guru is getting gobs of free media attention – some of it somewhat positive, most of it negative – in the wake of her second straight debate performance that was highly ummmm, er, ah…impressive, but does it really mean anything in the grand scheme of things? Probably not, because the Democrat voter base comes into this election in an entirely different state of mind than the GOP voter base was in four years ago.
Republican voters in 2015 were fed up with the D.C. Swamp, and that included not just Democrats and the Obama Administration, but establishment Republicans as well. Those fed-up voters wanted a nominee who was the literal antithesis of that Swamp, and lo and behold, Donald J. Trump presented himself to them. The result has been a committed relationship that endures through thick and thin.
Democrat voters, on the other hand, are by and large longing to bring that Swamp back to power, desperate to go back to the “good old days” of heavy-handed regulation of all aspects of their lives and utter corruption of our institutions that were given to them for the 28 years prior to Trump’s assumption of office. This explains the odd enduring power of the frail and elderly Creepy Uncle Joe as the party’s front-runner in the race.
Don’t get me wrong here – I am all for Williamson becoming a big factor in this contest, but if her boosters think that she is ever going to be a major factor in the race for the nomination, they are living in a fantasy world. Sure, there exists some small percentage segment of the Democrat voter base that will be drawn by the positive, uplifting language Williamson uses in pushing her message of love conquering all, but they need to try to remember that the overwhelming majority of Democrat voters these days wear their negativity, bitterness and victim-hood on their sleeves as points of pride.
These people don’t give a damn about love or anything positive – they want revenge against those who they identify to be their oppressors. The ultimate winner of the Democrat nomination in 2016 is going to be the candidate who does the best job of promising to dole out such punishment in the harshest means possible.
That is most certainly not Marianne Williamson, and it is one of the main reasons why she stands out so starkly on a stage surrounded by nine revenge merchants.
As I wrote a month ago, it is definitely time for all conservatives to take Williamson’s candidacy seriously and donate money to it, if only to help ensure she continues to qualify to participate in these Democrat clown show debates. Her value as the only person speaking about our country and its people in positive ways is to highlight the incessant, awful negativity of the Democrat Party’s preferred messages.
Williamson has earned the right to be treated more seriously by the fake news media than she has been, given that she has been the overwhelming winner of both debates in which she has participated in the only measure that matters: public perception. But of course, what she is going to receive instead is more hostile interviews from DNC media toadies like the one she experienced with CNN’s execrable hack Anderson Cooper in a Thursday night appearance.
Simply put, the DNC hates Marianne Williamson, which means the preponderance of our fake national news media is going to hate her as well. They all want her gone and gone fast, and will do everything they can – including rigging the system of qualifying for future debates – to make that happen.
So enjoy Marianne Williamson while you can, because the long knives of the Democrat establishment are out for her in earnest now, and if the 2015/16 campaign taught us nothing else, it taught us that the people who run the DNC have no compunction at all about rigging their system.

But it’s a bad idea to support her with a donation. Just send positive vibes. And it’s also a mistake to think she’s a New Age peacenik. She’s got a vicious streak. Remember: She supports the Dem abortion plank. But unlike Biden who threw away Catholic moral teaching to pander to feminists, Williamson is true to her ethic.
She teaches “A Course on Miracles.” Lesson 212: “I have no body. I am free.” And Lesson 1: “Nothing I see means anything.” Evil, evil Gnosticism.
New age believes in SELF RULE. You are an extension of God, so you need to be able to do your own thing, in accordance with your own inner reality. This means you don't have to follow an external authority such as leftard big government.
The audience at debates are hand picked to clap at some things and not at others. They are picked to clap at some people and not at others. They don’t represent democrats. They represent elites. Picking the questions, audience and moderators allows CNN to steer the debates. If the cameras could be turned at the audience you would find the crowd from the opening dance scene of Rocky Horror. Sometimes you will see them jumping to the left.

This is an excellent point. The common trait amongst these pathetic beings is their anger at the newly found prosperity of our country. They despise Trump and so anything that he does - no matter how uplifting - is attacked. Since we support Trump we necessarily become targets of their wrath. They are not leaders as much as they are bomb-throwers.
Even Williamson, with her “killing them with kindness” shtick wants to destroy us - she just wants to do so in the “nicest possible way” LOL.
Bingo! In its original form, with the leftist-controlled entertainment industry and media as accelerants. the New Age each year seduced a number of generations. They and their decedents remain with us and continue to vote. (See, for instance, Hillary's popular vote.)
The New Age at its core was based on a theme of whatever felt good was to be experienced with no restriction, starting with all the sex one wished or could handle. It flourished because those who were responsible (parents, schools, local police) seemed incapable or unwilling to confront the challenge.
For leading examples of today's New Age "no restrictions", see Hilary and Bill's serial avoidance of felony charges; the avoidance by many public figures and that of elected government officials and their spouses, and Comey's perhaps temporary avoidance.
Re Comey: why choose to let him walk or continue free of the burden of mounting a legal defense just because there appears to be more serious charges? What can be more serious than attempting to overthrow a presidential election, or compromising national security? (Perhaps, only that he is assisting prosecutors with building cases against others.)
