Somebody’s Going To Pay For This, Bigly

Not since Admiral James Stockdale, Ross Perot’s VP candidate, appeared at the 1992 Vice Presidential debate has an honorable Vietnam veteran been so abused.

But when you have a Democratic machine willing to undermine the U.S. Constitution in order to get rid of a president they don’t like, nobody should be surprised to find out that Robert Mueller was hijacked for his “conservative” credentials to put his imprimatur on the Independent Counsel’s Report. Then he was put on mothballs while his partisan staff of Trump haters set about trying to remove the duly elected President from office.

Sadly Bob Mueller appears to be past his expiration date. It seems nearly everything in his own report was beyond his purview: Hillary Clinton, the DNC, GPS Fusion, Christopher Steele’s dossier, FISA leaks, Comey leaks, Peter Strzok, Lisa Page, McCabe’s coup attempt, spies placed in Trump’s campaign, Russia! Russia! Russia!, Rosenstein’s conflict of interest, the Obama unmasking of American citizens – all beyond Mueller’s purview (h/t Mark Levin). Not beyond Mueller’s purview? Exoneration. Which by all accounts is well beyond the purview of prosecutors.

Image result for exoneration beyond purview of prosecutors

But the Mueller Investigation was tasked not with prosecuting old standards of justice, but with setting completely new standards of innocence for Trump because…Orange Man Bad!

Oh, and by the way, if the Democrats see no problem with conflict of interest when picking a team of lawyers to conduct a politically motivated investigation they should have no problem with the appointment of Andrew McCarthy, Joe DiGenova and Rudy Giuliani to the DOJ’s team to investigate the investigators.

Despite yesterday’s fairly universal conclusion that the Mueller testimony closed the book on impeachment I see that several Democrats are still calling for President Trump’s impeachment. I guess they had their teleprompters loaded up before the hearing actually took place.

Unfortunately for the Trump-hating Dems, disaster struck and left their home in a shambles. And apparently somebody forgot to renew their homeowners insurance policy. Somebody’s going to pay for this, bigly.

How many millions will he be paid or has been paid for what he has done?

You and me both. Mueller is among the biggest @$$clowns in the big @$$clown car. If he wasn’t driving the car he was riding shotgun. Sorry but I am fresh out of r@+$ @$$€$ to give.

Are you sure his senility is legit? He could be a man and take responsibility for his actions or he could feign senility and ride off into the sunset as a befuddled Marine hero. I certainly don’t believe anything this DS icon says or does, especially that performance yesterday.

Mueller couldn’t have done a better job vindicating Trump yesterday if he was a paid operative of the Trump/Pence 2020 campaign.

Maybe that’s what he was all along. LOL.

By going after Ted Stevens he caused Stevens to lose his re-election. That in turn gave the RATs their critical 60th vote for ZeroCare. It hurt the whole country!

As a card carrying citizen of senior status (76) and having watched the entire proceedings yesterday it was obvious to me that Mueller WAS NOT putting on a fake representation of elder memories and confused mental states. Hey! God forbid, I could become like that at some point in the future. He wasn’t involved in this investigation and that was quite obvious.
I look forward to a complete understanding as to what happened with this entire travesty involving the attempted overthrow of our duly elected President. However, I am not going to lay it all at the feet of a clearly addled senior citizen.

People do not feign senility in front of a national audience.

If you have been around it, you see it. Senility is such an old word—it is really dementia. And while he is not THAT old his life has been full of stress that would have killed the rest of us.

Either than, or the old guy needs hearing aids. Hearing aids, if he has them, would be a bear in a meeting room like that.

I don’t forgive the report, or the process. I do have some empathy for him.

I take extreme umbrage at any comparison of Mueller to Admiral Stockdale.

Admiral Stockdale has been one of my heroes since childhood (as my Freep page shows from the day I joined this forum) and Admiral Stockdale's reluctant involvement in Ross Perot's campaign (which he did, against his desires, because he felt as a patriot that he could not refuse a call to help if it came) was an honorable thing for an honorable man.

THIS man is a hero and should be treated as such:

Mueller is nothing of the sort. I don't give a crap about his veteran status, it is what he DID, and what he ALLOWED himself to be used for, to achieve BASE political goals is reprehensible and "deserving of the maledictions of all honest men" to quote another hero of mine, Joseph McCarthy.

THIS man is a weak, corrupt scum who willingly served himself up to goals that were corrosive and destructive to the very core of our Republic. He deserves prosecution and scorn, and nothing more.

I take exception, EXTREME exception at both the comparison of Mueller to a real man, patriot, and hero like Admiral Stockdale, and at any hint of sympathy for someone like Mueller. (I know you just posted the article, so this genuine anger I feel is not directed at you, NOBO2012)

You are entitled to your opinion. I think the guy is a mess and was used as a tool.

He knows it too. He told them months ago that they did not want him testifying. Do you think he wasn’t terrified yesterday?

I can empathize with the guy. It does not let the process or the team off the hook—we agree on that point.

What I would like to see is Manafort and General Flynn both being given immunity deals to cooperate with this new investigation of the Mueller team.

Bob Mueller on Capitol Hill........nearly everything in his tax-paid $50 million S/C job was beyond his purview:
<><> Hillary Clinton,
<><> the DNC,
<><>GPS Fusion,
<><> Christopher Steele’s dossier,
<><>FISA leaks,
<><>Comey leaks,
<><> Susan Rice's activities,
<><>Peter Strzok, Lisa Page,
<><>McCabe’s coup attempt,
<><>spies placed in Trump’s campaign,
<><>Russia! Russia! Russia!,
<><>Rosenstein’s conflict of interest,
<><>the Obama unmaskings (h/t Mark Levin).

=============================

Trump should pounce on the Democrats' message to the American electorate:
"The hearing is proof-positive of Demcrats' complete and utter contempt for Americans."

Dems KNEW in advance Mueller was in no condition to testify (elder abuse?).
The Dems all met prior to, frantically staging the event......

Pelosi handed out talking points......that's why the Democrap questions to Mueller were unintelligible.
Questions were written specifically to coach Mueller.....to stimulate what little brainpower he has left.

Knowing in advance exposes Democrats' contempt....believing Americans would accept the absurdity.
Getting soundbites to nail Trump was the name of the game.

The staged hearing is now an object of universal ridicule.

This guy has been a DS hack since he got to Washington. He has destroyed untold lives and careers with his underhanded tactics. I have zero sympathy for him. He was a pitiful old man when any republican questioned him about his report. Amazingly, he could succinctly answer the non threatening democrat questions. I call BS on his selective dementia. Mulehead realizes he has a better chance to act his way out of this jam than to lie himself out it.

I think Mulebutt has been a tool and a mess since he left people to rot and die in prison to cover Whitey Bulger decades ago. I think it would be a good thing for Mulebutt to experience some of the anguish and pain he has put many other people through over the decades of his public “service” . I cannot work up an ounce of sympathy for this scumbag.

I mostly listened to republican questions. From the little I listened to democratic questions, I took it he was being fed leading questions from the report that required a yes or no. Most of the questions the republicans wanted answered were not in the report. He couldn't or wouldn't answer those questions. He also had trouble with questions about the report when it didn't require a yes or no answer..
