The nation of Canada has been giving us a chilling vision of what it looks like when a western nation completely succumbs to the dangerous ideology of multiculturalism, the cultural Marxism that always inevitably restricts the rights of some to pave the way for the rights of others.
There is no equality in multiculturalism.
Christians have faced increasing adversity in Canada as of late, but new proposed legislation that would make it a crime to publicly express ones faith is a chilling new low.
In the proposed legislation, it would become illegal for Christians to make any public displays which are deemed hateful to Muslims, LGBT people, and other victim groups as designated by the left. The bill has been dubbed Prohibiting Hate-Promoting Demonstrations at Queens Park Act, 2019, is part of Canadas anti-hate laws and would give the government complete freedom to ban all things Christian.
This would mean any Christian protests or demonstrations could potentially be criminalized. Public prayer vigils could be outlawed.
How is this even being considered in a modern, Western nation?!
Life Site News explains how vague the new bill is and how dangerous it is for Christians in Canada:

How about banning religions which advocate the killing of all those who wish to leave said religion (apostates)?
Christians will need to march en masse like other voting blocs. Defy the law. There won’t be enough prisons to hold them all if they rise up as one.

While many may be thinking of crosses, etc....this could be extended to include a church building. Or even a Bible for sell in a store or on the internet.
Obviously public displays of *slamism would not be banned, like slicing necks, raping, burning vehicles, and killing Christians.
Sooner than you think!
Had Hillary won, the marxist muslim coalition would have already been well under way. The marxist-muslim coalition headed by Barack HUSSEIN Obama had already installed their totalitarian state.
We saw them fix their muscle in the weaponization of every government agency. First the tea party.
Then president elect PDJT.
They had made incredible progress in America
and Europe.
look at Benghazi...... at how they used the full might of the US of A to shape the planets populations and politics. Libya opened the floodgates.
now, its tae about dollar funding, technologic gifts and the empowerment of islam through Iran.
None of this was coincidental.
Pretty deep Don.
Is this a government introduced bill by Premier Ford’s conservative government in Ontario or is it a private member’s bill that is going absolutely no where?
“fix” their muscle should read
flex their muscle
its tae dollar funding....
should read
lets talk about dollar funding of Iran,
The latter. Whether it is going anywhere I couldn’t say. Most private member’s bills go nowhere, though.
I can’t see Ford letting a private member’s bill like this getting passed into law as it would alienate his base. I hope it goes no where.
You have a cool FReeper name. I have flown out of there a few times.
Im assuming the Canadian variety of hate Christians and Christianity is pretty well split between the Liberal party and NDP. And the Conservatives are nothing like us, generally.
Christians will need to march en masse like other voting blocs. Defy the law. There wont be enough prisons to hold them all if they rise up as one.
I dont know. Even when I went to school in B.C. in the late 70s I met very few self-identifying Christians - few and far between. Sure didnt seem anything like those demographic stats posted earlier.
“Please explain what a 70 year old census showing over 90% Judeo-Christian residents has to do with today?”
Well, plenty to do with it, doesn’t it? Doesn’t that 70-year-old census demonstrate, not some fleeting public opinion that barely lasted a moment at the time the census was taken, but the religious foundation of the country over the last century at the least? And the point to it was that Canada has been a very heavily Roman Catholic country. Surveys since that census was taken show that it has still been heavily Catholic by comparison to other denominations, and even where Canadians have left Catholicism, they still have that Catholic heritage.
