I think they do want to destroy this nation as it is now, but only so they can control it in the future. They encourage terrorists, dangerous criminals (citizens and non-citizens) and do everything they can to enact gun control. I think it is all to make us totally dependent on the government to "protect" us, convince us to sacrifice freedoms in exchange for security. And if they do finally get our guns, we will become a police state with our civil rights stripped away in short order. The left is evil to the bone.
