When the Supreme Court destroyed the institution of marriage in one fell swoop with the Obergefell V. Hodges ruling, liberals, and LGBT advocates mocked us for predicting the slippery slope we now find ourselves on.
Our children are growing up in a world where gender is supposedly fluid (unless we’re using it to get what we want) and love is whatever we want it to be. It was only a matter of time before the insanity of the culture would set the stage for pedophilia follow on the coattails of homosexuality and become a normalized sexual orientation.
Under the so-called “Equality Act” currently racing its way through Congress, our “love is love” culture may soon fully accept pedophilia, or at least be powerless to punish it, thanks to a loophole that would do away with the age of consent.
HR 5, the “Equality Act”, intends to offer protection under federal law by declaring homosexuality and gender confusion to be demographics on the basis of which one cannot be discriminated, like race, religion, national origin, biological sex, and so on. The side effects of the bill, however, are much more insidious.
For one, HR 5 lacks any protection for religious liberty, but a few spineless Republicans and misinformed Christian groups already support a toothless exemption that will undoubtedly be bowled over by the LGBT mob anyway.
While the extreme likelihood of the law being used to further restrict religious liberty can’t be understated, that’s not the biggest problem with the Equality Act.

The Left is constantly on the offense, attacking different areas of the culture, refining their attacks, making small but constant advancements. Conservatives are constantly on the defense, constantly giving up what seems like small concessions, but will eventually have no ground left to defend.
It only takes on judge and one court case. Throw in the court of popular opinion and it’s done. I always thought there would be a bridge too far, but from what I’ve seen from the liberal young people in my family (34-42) there isn’t, especially for the women.
If the Communist Democrats and the Sniveling Republicans paid attention to the INTENT of those amendments, they would realize that they and their fellow-travelers were using the 13th, 14th and 15th Amendments to pull all sorts of crap out of their asses.
13th can still be used to crack down on human trafficking (slavery) and prison bitchery (private enslavement during incarceration), while 14th, believe it or not, could be the one basis upon which we have federal immigration policy, since it gives a federal definition for U.S. Citizenry. The 15th Amendment will protect White voters in the future, if future governments bother to apply it to everybody.
I would think a swift public hanging or firing squad after arrest, trial and conviction by jury (deliberations for most of these monsters should be quite short) should be sufficient. Also, long sentences for people who view child porn. Both types of crimes can be federally prosecuted pursuant to an appropriate federal law, since they effectively violate, or encourage violation of, the 13th Amendment.
Will this stuff occur before or after the implantation of the chips with the 666 or 616 (some ancient manuscripts) in their UPC-type codes?
Lowering age of consent for sex, and lowering voting age = flip sides of the same coin.
Many of the same Democrat activists are involved in both agendas— because they’re linked philosophically.
Both are really about adults exploiting children for their own purposes.
Look for similarities in slogans. Kids are doing it anyway. Children are our future. Be on the right side of history.
Old white guys = bad. Children= good. Children’s rights are being denied. Yadayada.
I agree it is very possible; I would not say it is certain.
Trump is an extreme pragmatist, not a dedicated ideologue. He reacts to the circumstances, and takes what he can get.
I voted for him because he loves America as a sovereign nation.
To me, that made him the far better choice than any of the 15 globalist puppets.
