What the media won’t tell you about the Jussie Smollett whitewash… – So, Jussie got off scott-free, and I don’t want to hear anyone talk to me about “white privilege” ever again. Talk to the hand, ‘cuz the ears ain’t listening.

Cook County state’s attorney Kimberly Foxx demonstrated yet again (as if we needed reminding) that Chicago politics are every bit as corrupt today as they were when Al Capone ran the city by allowing Smollett to skate on 16 felony charges brought after an exhaustive investigation by the Chicago police, saying that his “community service” and the forfeiting of his 10 grand in bail money constitutes “sufficient punishment” for his effort smear all Americans who support President Donald Trump. Pretty much no one outside of the actor’s family, circle of friends (which includes the Obamas and Kamala Harris) and cast of his failing TV show agreed.

Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel has been in the national public eye since he served as one of the many Clinton bag men during the mid-1990s. In all that time I’ve never found myself agreeing with him about anything. Until yesterday, that is, when he, seemingly as outraged as everyone else in America, called the prosecutor’s action “a whitewash from top to bottom.” Trust me, Rahm Emanuel knows a whitewash when he sees one.

Needless to say, Foxx’s corrupt deal with Smollett dominated the news cycle all day on Tuesday. Here’s what didn’t dominate those news reports: Foxx’s super PAC was the beneficiary of a $408,000 contribution from… wait for it…GEORGE SOROS. Well, knock me over with a feather.

When you google “Soros $408,000 to Kimberly Foxx” you find that the Breitbart story linked above is the one and only story on this key item of information. That’s how horrible our fake news media truly is.

For those who are not aware, Soros announced a few years back that he was planning to spend $100 million investing in the campaigns of radical leftist local prosecutors like Foxx in his neverending efforts to destroy America from within. It’s a brilliant strategy when you think about it: After all, what better way to destroy our nation than by killing the public’s faith in its system of criminal justice? That’s what the Soros-created “Black Lives Matter” was all about, what the “hands up, don’t shoot” fantasy was all about, what Eric Holder and Loretta Lynch as Attorneys General was all about.

Many are speculating that Foxx may have been bribed to take her unsupportable action related to the Smollett case. I would submit that for a bribe to have taken place here, no direct exchange of funds need to have occurred. The influence could have been exerted with a simple promise from Soros or other major donor to pour even more money into that super PAC or the prosecutor’s favorite “charity” in the future. Not that Soros would ever do such a thing, of course. Winky-winky.

Another great day for Trump. – Many talking heads are calling the Smollett fiasco a “loss” for President Trump. That’s nuts. This is in fact a yuuuuuuuuuge win for the President, for the simple fact that everyone involved in making the corrupt deal is in fact a Democrat.

Combine that reality with the fact that Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s economy-killing “Green New Deal” went down in flames in the U.S. Senate by a vote of 57-0 with 43 Democrat cowards abstaining, and you see that MAGA Monday was followed by Terrific Tuesday. What a great week we have going here. Let’s keep it up.

How hypocritical are the Democrats when it comes to the Green New Deal? Even the bill’s senate co-sponsor, Ed Markey, refused to cast his vote in favor of the travesty.

This is also a yuuuuuuuuge win for the President, since it clearly demonstrates how un-serious the Democrats truly are when it comes to their “Climate Change” scam. After all, pretty much all of the senators who refused to go on record voting for the sham yesterday gave it their full-throated endorsement when it was introduced with great fanfare several weeks ago.

The party/fake news media joint talking points told us that this Green New Deal was literally going to save the planet, that the plant would literally die if we did not “do something” to save it, and that the way to “save” the planet was to abolish air travel, kill all the farting cattle, stop driving and build a bunch of rail lines, and destroy the free market system and become a socialist nation. Presumably, Hawaii would be on its own out there in the middle of the Pacific Ocean, but that’s ok because we’d all be genuflecting to some socialist strong man from now on and that would allow us to rewrite history and pretend Hawaii was never part of the country anyway.

Oh, and by the way, we only have 12 years to do all of this, or we’ll all diiiiiiiiieeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!!!!!

But Tuesday, the same people who parroted all of these fake talking points said in effect, hey, just kidding.

This is not over for Smollett. They made several mistakes but perhaps the biggest is not just pleading down to a minor crime, pleading guilty, get a one year sentence (suspended) and be on probation. This would have provided cover as well as protection from double jeopardy.

As it is, the fact that the Prosecutor dropped the charges does not mean that he is out of jeopardy. If the state does not go after him, the Feds can.

But perhaps the biggest mistake was when he spoke to the press. He should have said “no comment” and allow his attorney release a statement.

By talking to the press and claiming he did nothing wrong is like spitting in the face of all Americans. He really thinks he is better then the rest of us because he is black and a homosexual. Perhaps he will at some point discover that he is nothing special.

Ed Markey, senior senator from Massachusetts, probably figured this was a one-time, virtue signaling ploy that wouldn't amount to a hill of beans.  And it gave him a chance to snuggle up close to the cute BU grad.

But surprise!  The Green Deal became a lightning rod for Democrat policy insanity!  "Hey Martha, is the wind going to blow today?  Sure would like to watch T.V. tonight..."

For a senior sponsor of the bill to not vote for it?  Well, it shows effective the conservative backlash was... a big slap in the face to Flash Dunce.  Plus she has legal troubles ahead with her Election fraud...   All in all, it's been quite a week of WINNING!
