Just received an e-mail from Nancy Pelosi, Speaker of the House...
Something you may not know Jeannie -- I keep a fast-paced schedule, both when I'm on Capitol Hill and when I'm on the trail for Democrats across the country.
People ask what keeps me going. Most are astounded to learn I don't drink coffee. For me, two scoops of dark chocolate ice cream and a little hot water with lemon does the trick.
And I'll tell you what keeps our network going: passionate supporters like you Jeannie.
Since Trump took office, we've worked against his fear mongering, hateful rhetoric and misguided agenda. We beat back countless attempts to repeal and obliterate the Affordable Care Act. We were successful in protecting Medicare and Social Security. We fought for the rights of women, minorities, immigrant and the LGBTQ community.
Jeannie, we will fight back against Trump's fake national emergency and blatant abuse of power. We will defend our Constitutional authority with every power at our disposal. Trump is not a dictator and cannot be allowed to manipulate our laws to get his way.
When we fight together, for each other, against hate, we win. I'm so glad to have you as a part of this amazing team.

Getting back, I am not sure how my e-mail address got connected with my mother (different names and though she had an e-mail address, she never used it). However there has been quite a few documents and other communications in regards to my mother's funeral services and pending estate settlement and a lot of the communication had e-mail addresses attached as alternate communication. But one thing is certain, I do know that I did not personally volunteer my e-mail address to the Democrat Party.
I have only heard stories about Democrat voting roles being culled from the obituaries so I am not totally surprised. But I may have to look into this a little further just to make sure dear ol' Mom doesn't cast a vote in 2020.

I heard that the Dem’s campaigned on the lie that Republicans would take away people’s Medicare and Social Security which includes SSI. Noncy’s own letter confirms it.
