Dershowitz this morning laughed and said it’s not an option for Cohen to accept or not accept a pardon. It’s a presidential action & if Trump issues it, whether Cohen wants it or not, the pardon exists. Dersh doesn’t think Cohen would get one because he is now in an adversarial relationship with Trump. He thinks there is some likelihood that Manafort may get one.
Absolutely clear to me now that is exactly the case, unreal. Imagine being in legal trouble and having a lawyer who says that. And then this BS of him pleading guilty towards something that’s not even a crime? Paying off these hos? This isn’t Cohens lawyer. This is a punk play acting the part of Cohens lawyer. This is all Kabuki theater all orchestrated by the Mueller deep state Clinton criminal cabal

On the eternal timeline, it is quite possible that Lanny will be joining Mr. Cohen.
Seems foolish to discourage "help." If I was locked up, I'd take a pardon even from Crooked Hillary, if she was the one handing them out.
I imagine Manafort and all the other “frendlies” will get one sooner or later.
At that point Trump may send over large teams to take those documents from the DOJ that are being hidden from Congress, the courts, and that are demanded by subpoena. He'd blow them up. Followed by criminal charges against many of the Deep Staters would start to roll as their criminality would be totally exposed.
