a pardon is an admission of guilt, if accepted.

Lets see;
Go to jail
Don't go to jail.
Yep tough decision.

The 45,000 sealed indictment figures come from the Federal Court PACER System. Jeff Sessions himself announced that Huber was investigating everything that the IG Horowitz has found. Just because Q posts the same things is more a Q-Proof then anything else.

What a crock. Cohen is saying what he is being told to say so the Tyrants don’t go after him for all his crimes unrelated to Trump.

But how to make the average voter understand this?

I have a question/concern of the indictment process. If a grand jury is composed of citizens, and its purpose is to accuse someone of a potential crime, then is it not subject to the same local politics as any other jury? We all know cities tend to lean Dem. If the grand juries are convened in DC (or even just in any major city), is it now just as biased in handing down indictments as a DC (or major city) jury is in convicting Dems vs Repubs? I realize the grand jury system is supposed to prevent out of control prosecutorial power by govt, but how is this different than just a pre-trial? Why don’t officers make arrests based on the law, rather than the grand juries interpretation of events, and let a real trial decide for everyone, independent of potential grand jury bias?

I would be interested to hear from someone with legal or first hand knowledge of the grand jury process.

Boy Lanny Davis sure as hell played him like a fiddle! He’ll regret what he’s done till the day he dies.

This whole case is simply amazing, from the feds breaking into his office to him now declaring he wouldn’t even accept a pardon. I wonder if law schools will be teaching about this.
