LeBron James, one of the world’s most prominent athletes, believes President Donald Trump is using sports to try to divide Americans.
In an interview with Don Lemon (which is slated to air in full on CNN Monday night), the three-time NBA champion who recently signed with the Los Angeles Lakers stated his belief that the president is using athletics to divide Americans.

Those of you in sports are dividing us. Just play the game or there will be no high paying professional sports.
The NBA must have saw this coming years ago when they got it into the rules. It’s the major sport that would be most likely to protest and be hurt the least from any sort of protest because the folks who still watch it aren’t going to care or more likely even approve. The NFL has been a garbage product for years before the protests, but a lot of the folks who would find protests offensive still watched that dog squeeze, but stopped when the protests started up.

I used to be a sports fan. No longer. I still follow sports on the periphery in skimming results but that is about it. I know the current champs are the eagles warriors capitals and astros and France won the World Cup. I couldn’t name any players except Ovechkin of the capitals and that the idiot got swept by the warriors.
