Not sure if they are volunteer but they worked late and were extremely helpful. They provided all the numbers I needed the next morning.

Not sure if you are in CA ... or LA .... but it is unthinkable to not have a car. It’s impossible. You must drive.

BTW. I was interviewed by several TV stations today. I only identified as “Teri”.

Saw you earlier tonight on our local 11pm news here in Connecticut! They ran the national NBC news report of the horrific LA Trader Joe's incident on our local NBC affiliate.

Once again, all of us here at FR are SO happy that you are safe and sound after such an awful ordeal. Hope all is well.

Bun, my daughter just sent me a video from this evening’s nightly news with your interview on it. . . You handled yourself amazingly well after your ordeal! We’re all proud of you!

You were not the quivering, shrinking pansy demanding more gun control the media has generally shown the public in the aftermath of such hostage situations, BunnySlippers! You showed strength and remarkable composure, frazzled by the event but calm, not at all coming off like the typical quivering snowflake crime victim, in hysterics, milking her air-time, instead you said what you wanted to say and exited stage rear. You were a fine example of a conservative lady. I think the news people were shocked because they kept the cameras rolling as you walked away from them in dignity.

Tom Tilley, 55, killed the nearly 200-pound bear by jumping on its back and stabbing the aggressive animal with a six-inch hunting knife after his dog alerted him and distracted the bear.

 

Tilley had recently purchased the knife that would save his life after reading the story of Jacqueline Perry, the young Cambridge doctor who was killed by a bear last September.

I’m so glad you made it out safe and sound. Please know I prayed especially for you yesterday at church. We are proud of your strength and courage - but then again, conservatives live in reality which equips us to go with the flow and not freak out. You are a great example.
