Does she think this is a cute way of projecting the democrats’ own “hate America” ideology onto Trump?

The blaming of America for the world’s ills started before Obama. I remember liberals stating 9/11 was the fault of Americans. The Islamists hated us because of our policies.
Graduating from college in 1977, I definitely heard from professors about the negative effects from America’s horrible policies on third world countries.
This from the woman who claimed we have to pass the bill to send what is in the bill. When are you gonna walk back that you traitor.
We are in this social, political and economic mess because stupid people made stupid deals and pre-candidate, candidate, President elect and President Trump has repeatedly and consistently said the stupid deals would be negated, vacated or re-negotiated.
