Trump Is Coddling Sessions And Waiting For Mueller To Impeach Him

Trump is too busy coddling Sessions and waiting for Mueller to indict him so he can be removed from office.
~ Comment from a Freeper on another thread.

I would normally balk at such a statement, but I've recently begun to think there's a method to the President's madness, in that regard.

Until now, it hadn't occurred to me that our beloved President might be of such noble character, that he is actually baring his chest to the (very real) knives of the left, and is willing to martyr himself, at least politically, to light a fire under the behinds of us Normals to stand up and join him in the fight to save America.

Think of the life he sacrificed to take on this most terrible of tasks. He didn't need to do this, and in fact, had ample personal reasons not to. He did it for the love of his people and this nation.

And what have we, as individuals, likewise sacrificed to secure The Blessings of Liberty bequeathed to us by the Framers? I shrink from answering that question.

Perhaps our illustrious President is showing us the way, and leading by example. If that be the case, I tear up contemplating the great and magnificent thing he is doing for us all.

I think Trump can’t fire Sessions. He was part of a backroom deal with someone. McConnell won’t schedule confirmation, hearings on a replacement.

I believe Sessions probably cut a deal to recuse himself on anything connected to Russia and Clinton/election matters in exchange for being confirmed. He probably also agreed to recommend that Trump keep Rosenstein and Huber.

I also believe that Trump is building congressional support so that he can finally clean out the FBI and DOJ.

You have to have grounds for impeachment. There are none! Firing an AG is the prerogative of the president.

Jeff Sessions himself picked Rod Rosenstein on the recommendation of Sessions’ long-time pal Chuck Cooper (of Cooper & Kirk). Cooper is considered one of the top few litigators in DC. Rosenstein was also promoted by Chris Christie.

President Trump can also point to the Mueller investigation as the baseline for any future investigations into Hillary’s wrongdoings. Simply point to the cost involved as well as the number of investigators and the time spent and dedicate at least that much toward looking into Clinton criminality.

Maybe I misremember, but some time ago it seems like I read or heard that terrorists communicated through imbedded information tucked away within porn sites.

It seems like he drops clues by saying things that appear random, odd and out of the blue and later on the thing makes sense. For example it seemed odd to bring up the NFL kneeling, odd to say he was wiretapped, etc. The latest thing that stands out is his attack about Bush’s 1000 points of light and asking what the hell that means. Why did the President say that? An ordinary reason eludes me so it then seems like a clue maybe. On the surface we all know what 1000 points of light was supposed to mean, but is there something else?

Cooper was with Sessions when Sessions interviewed Rosenstein. And Cooper probably approved of Rosenstein after the interview. But I believe Cooper didn't know Rosenstein before he met him at the interview.

So I don't think it was Cooper who got Rosenstein the interview. As you say it might have been Christie.

Open carry in DC is still a felony.

So, 1-2 million folks, open carrying, exercising their 2nd Amendment rights. They’re all going to be locked up?

Have agreed with you until the Awan verdict. And what Jim Jordan is facing after making Rosenstein very angry. Destroying people either by D or R(yan) has got to be answered.

Fail. Mueller can’t “impeach” anyone.

I never said he could.

Awan plead guilty to bank fraud charges with an agreement that he will not be charged in the District of Columbia for any other nonviolent crimes. Since Awan was caught red handed in espionage, a reasonable person may draw two inferences:
1. Awan became a cooperating witness in exchange for this deal; and
2. Awan may be charged with any other crime outside the District of Columbia. That is leverage.

President Trump is no fool.

President Trump despises GHWB for his role in the Deep State in general and JFK's assassination in particular. The "thousand points of light" that Bush used to cite so weirdly is an occult reference with a hidden meaning to secret societies to which Trump's most powerful enemies belong. President Trump is mocking George H. W. Bush and his occult religion.

Donald Trump is obviously a very old and highly evolved soul.

I think that can be said of all great leaders. Trump is certainly proving to be one. Perhaps it really was his destiny to be our president. Many people have thought so, over the decades.

Many also believe he will go down as one of our greatest President's. I firmly believe he is made of just such stuff, and that he has it within him to lead our country to a much better place.

How he gets us there is the enigma. Some of the things he does - particularly in regards to the ongoing coup attempt - are puzzling, even counter-intuitive, to many observers.

On the surface, his tactics and strategies in this matter, make little sense. His actions, reactions, and the lack thereof, have sparked months of analysis and debate among his supporters.

All of it has caused me to wonder if we're looking at what he's doing from the wrong plane. If he's operating at the level of Grand Purpose, then no, it would appear irrational to those who are analyzing his actions from the level of tactics and strategies.

Don’t be stupid.

I hope your comment is in reference to the title of the thread. It is indeed stupid, and I did not say it.

You misunderstood. If Congress gains more Republican support for his Presidency in the midterms, the seditionists won’t be able to mount an impeachment battle if he decides to fire Rosenstein and Mueller.

Yes, of course. I understood that part of your post just fine. It was the last bit about securing another conservative on the Supreme Court that was non sequitur.

We won’t even fight if attacked in the streets

Who is "we", kemosabe?

A lot of us here, are more than willing and able to draw blood, if we're attacked by leftist thugs. A lot have already done so, but the media doesn't report it.

President Trump definitely operates from the level of Grand Purpose. About that there is no question.

He is completely enigmatic to the shallow minds that dominate popular culture, but he is utterly understandable to those who have understanding.
