When Bethesda announced it was showing off a new Fallout game at E3 this year, it was safe to assume that game would be the major focus of the show. That it would be what we were all be talking about afterward.
That would have been normal. It's Fallout, for God's sake.
But that wasn't the case.
In what I'd call one of the best E3 conferences in recent memory, Bethesda announced The Elder Scrolls VI -- plus a whole new Elder Scrolls mobile game -- a new Doom, a new Wolfenstein, showed off Rage 2 and Fallout 76 (of course) and also showed off its first totally new franchise in 25 years: a science fiction game called Starfield.
It was insane.

Fallout will keep ya’ busy a while, that’s for sure.
New Wolfenstein?..............................
I'm still playing text based MegaMud
Todd and the sweet little lies
Meh.
Other than the bringing Skyrim to Alexa troll, I found the whole presentation underwhelming. Starfield and Elder Scrolls VI are at least a year away.
It all sounds fantastic, except that Fallout 76 isn’t scheduled for release until 12/2019.
I’ve been playing Elder Scrolls Online for over 4 years. Also tried Fallout 4, to me the best thing about it is the dog. I like ESO, but can see that a new solo Elder Scrolls game could impact the longevity of ESO.
A lot of people didn’t like Fallout 4 but I thought it was good. I wasn’t a hardcore fallout fan though and only played part of Fallout 3 so no “it’s not as good as New Vegas” from me. If they put out another and it’s on console, I’m in!
Fallout4 was great and I was able to complete the game. I wasn’t able to complete New Vegas though.
I really liked the early Fallout iterations, but admittedly, it got really tedious with the endlessly chasing around doing tasks with no real objective or purpose other than simple discovery.
I’m invited to the Ubisoft tent this week here in L.A. 3 STRAIGHT YEARS. It’s outside the E3 Convention Center and it’s on Los Angeles St. cant wait..
No, they said Nov. 14th of this year.
Really? Amazon listed the PC version as being available 12/19. I’ll have to recheck. Thanks.
A new Fallout thats good news. Las one was so-so.
Fallout 76 and Red Dead Redemption 2 at the same time!!!
They totally messed up with Wolfenstein 2.
Don’t think people are excited by the new one.
Wolfenstein The Original was as good as it gets...................
