Drudge Dumps Trump After Charlottesville Riots and Deadly Racist Attack
The Gateway Pundit ^ | August 12, 2017 | Jim Hoft

Posted on 08/12/2017 7:42:06 PM PDT by Trump20162020

It’s been a little over 200 days since Donald Trump was sworn in as president.
The president has been under a constant media assault since he first stepped into the Oval Office.

The media attacks have been constant, brutal and often fictitious.
But it now looks like he has lost Matt Drudge.

The Drudge Report headline on Saturday reads: “Make America Hate Again”.
Obviously, Drudge is pushing responsibility for Saturday’s race riots and deadly assault on President Trump.
It took six months for President Trump to lose his most influential supporter.
This is a very sad development.

I am well familiar with the double standard. Still an easy call to denounce Nazis marching in Charlottesville.

You think they shouldn't have the right to march?

the “responsibility” lies with the driver and no one else

I don’t care if people are marching in support of purple-people-eaters, people have a right to march without being attacked no matter how stupid their cause

but, maybe someone could explain to me why Charlottsville had “700” officers after the incident and nowhere near that for the ‘with permit’ sit in or whatever?

Or why antifa feel it’s their place to intimidate and harm people who disagree with their mentality by using violence, when they’re supposedly against slavery and for human rights - except for the founding populations? Or why the KKK thought they were helping anything at all by showing up with their stupid signs and coopting a demonstration? And do anarchists realize that under the no- rules of anarchy whoever carries the biggest stick gets to enslave everyone else only as long as he can carry that stick? They’re all nuts.

They don’t get Constitutional rights like the rest of us?

LGF was one of the most prominent blogs in the 2000s. It was a great site that detailed the atrocities of Islam.

Then all of a sudden, Johnson started purging people who disagreed with him. People were getting banned left and right. It took on a more pro-Islamic view.

I'm not sure what happened. Saudi money? Who knows?

The name of Drudge’s website has always been a misnomer, given that he doesn’t actually ‘report’ anything.

The Drudge Report headline on Saturday reads: “Make America Hate Again”.

...and? Gateway Pundit isn't just jumping to conclusions, they're using a rocket to get there. It's just a catchy headline for a site that thrives on traffic - un-clutch the pearls.

I was one, and I called him “Chuck” on the way out — lol. He had a core group of followers that were as creepy as he was.

That was a ridiculous, childish headline. Drudge has gone to the dark side. His news stories over the last six months have shown that. Figure he was paid off by the Swamp People.

Trump doesn’t respond to orders from the media’s PC BS. Never has and never will.

The reasons that white supremecists supported Trump is that there is some overlap in what they want and believe and the policies advanced by Trump. They like his patriotism (for they consider themselves, rightly or not, to be patriots); they like his stand for a strong defense/military; they support his law and order stance, and they support him in a number of other areas that I won’t take time to enumerate. My point is that the fact that Trump attracts white supremecist support does not mean he supports their bigotry against blacks, Jews, and others. He can’t help it that some of his conservative positions coincide with theirs. And the fact that he coincides with them in some positions does not make those positions racist or make him a racist.

The Olympic hurdles.

World class athletes, running in rhythem, step step step, woosh. Step step woosh, over the hurdle.

Evey once in a while, a stumble, trip, fall, knock over a few sawhorses, then get back up to step step woosh.

Your impeccable Olympic style appears to have caught a toe on the sawhorse.

I don’t read Drudge and never have. He is irrelevant to what I think of the President. I have my own mind (and it is a very fine mind too).

We finally have a leader of America, not of just American black extremists, illegals, drug gangs, Marxist street thugs, corrupt Democrats at all levels from Hillary to local mayors, and jihadist apologists and cover-up artists.

“I am well familiar with the double standard. Still an easy call to denounce Nazis marching in Charlottesville.”

Nazis and commies are both leftist groups. Europeeon socialist ideologies that have killed MILLIONS last century.

The dems have embraced communism and imagine themselves fighting their killing cousin, nazism, here in America.

Why does Trump have to single out only one of the leftist groups? Are you on medication?

I’ve never been a Drudge fan. Granted, he is an original, but there are many better places to get my news updates.

Idiot white supremacists want to march? Fine. They aren’t the problem. It’s when Antifa, BLM and other Leftist scum jump in that all hell breaks loose.

In my country, you can express repugnant views. And you have a right to do it without having the crap beaten out of you or worse. Those who are so quick to make an issue of President Trmp’s perceived failure to call the Nazis out are showing a shameful disregard for the Constitution.

The President properly condemned the violence. He did *not* do an Obama—impulsively take the side of the rioters and blame their victims.
