That van der Sloot father must have helped. He was dripping like a shower on his Greta interview. It was like watching a video of the Tell Tale Heart. And didn’t he die a few years later? He was an Aruba judge or something?

Stories like these in general, and this one in particular was the exact reason I quit watching TV news. Things happening all over the world, but no time to report anything but one case though tragic for the family happens every day somewhere, but since the girl was blonde it had to be reported 24/7 with the news alert gong happening every 5 minutes for months

I bet for years people changed their vacation destinations from Aruba seeing how little the police etc there were of any help to the Holloways.

I know cruise ships stop there. But I do bet people chose different islands after that year or more of showing the fiasco investigation on tv. It made me remember that our justice system at least has a hope of working.
