Obama through the Department of Education, has been forcing “for profit” schools and colleges to close throughout the country. We had Heald College shut down here by DOE allegations, which left a ton of students in the lurch.
They can always learn their trade on youtube.
Study on your own, take practice tests online then go get your license or whatever you need. Some tests require a certificate of attendance and some don’t.
Certainly I would not sign with any of them until I saw them...3-5 years back.
When they go BK you lose your money and any chance of completing the program...and there are some good programs.
Sometimes worse, you lose that time.
But...Cosmetology? Who would spend a bunch of money to do that?
Obama wins again. Take away economic and career and personal opportunities from people. Make them entirely dependent on government welfare ‘benefits.’

Just ponder for a few moments if the DOE and its professional criminals were to apply the same standards to state, private and public Colleges and Universities .... the ones that have 50% non-graduation rates, 6 years to obtain a 4 year degree, undergrads and masters waiting tables at Dennys, $100,000 student loans for a Degree in General Studies, etc.
I dressed hair for 42 years...went to CLEVELAND ACADEMY OF COSMETOLOGY...operated by a family, named TITUS...Two sons were teachers, parents ran the office, treated everyone like family...One son Mr. Vincent was a master stylist and owned salons, and the other was an Attorney and he taught our Law class for those taking the managers course. Loved every day I went there...was located on Euclid Ave. Downtown Cleveland..
Was a wonderful career at one time, met life long friends. still miss working...but age sets in and one knows when it is time to QUIT...
