Any idea where the smartest woman in the world is? I have been assured she just stumbled, has allergies, one hour pneumonia, and the old standby dehydration. I also learned it's normal to faint and collapse and she is powering through because she is after all also the strongest woman in the world. So where is she?

I’d guess Hillary is working on her campaign strategy to continue controlling the narrative.

Her previous strategy was to be secretive about her health because there is no better way of disproving the “Hillary’s Health” conspiracy theories that have been swirling for months than to work with the media to keep an alleged pneumonia diagnosis a secret until a public seizure is filmed. And then claim that epileptic seizures are a symptom of pneumonia. That focused the national conversation on the topic Hillary selected - the Vast Right-wing Conspiracy to pretend she has hidden health problems.

I imagine her new strategy will be to focus the public on her consistent level of honesty. The “overheating” and the staged hug from a little girls were the first trial balloons, but there should be a lot more coming out of her campaign to make sure we can talk of nothing but her honesty and openness.
